Seed Heritage - Emporium

Walked in and there were 3 female staff and me as the only customer in the entire store. Nobody said anything from the very start to the moment I walked out of the store. Two staff were too busy chatting about their personal lives. I didn’t bother asking what I was after so I went to country road instead.

Walked in today around 12 30 pm. The store was so quiet, honestly probably 6-8 team members and i was the only customer in the store.unfortunately i had a very bad experience, no one acknowledged me at all and they all were talking and were all too involved in what their tasks were.i work in retail myself and unfortunately i won't be back as it's important to stop what you're doing and say hello or even a smile would've been nice.i will stick to my closest seed store.very disappointing.

A bug thank you to Esther for making my experience with Seed so comfortable, positive and fun. I felt very taken care of with Esther and I noticed that she was looking after every customer with the same level of care and respect. I would highly recommend heading into Seed Emporium and asking for Esther- you will be in great hands

Walked into the kid store, 4 people working zero customers around other than me, standing there sayin hello 4 times nothing then finally one person helped. Didn’t even get a hello

My wife enjoyed the variety of clothing available trying to make a woman choose isn't easy so let her browser the store. I know she got what she wanted at the price she liked

Very helpful staff, A girl called Olivia? (If I'm not mistaken) She's absolutely helpful. Spend a good money when on sales, especially 40% discount.

Picked up a few shirts from this seed. Absolutely love the layout of the store. Very clean and always smells nice. Staff are attentive and is always available! Much better service than the highpoint branch!

Friendly staff and made the shopping experience easy. Store is very clean and well laid out with plenty of stock and sizes.also has stock for children, boys and girls.

Was charged the wrong price and had to go back to ask them to fix it. I previously also had experience in the same store that they forgot to remove the security tag on my top and I had to revisit the store to take it off. The sales was impatient and actually quite rude. Overall the shopping experience haven't been pleasant and I would recommend to go to a different seed store.

Excellent staff, friendly, really helpful and fun without being smarmy. I really enjoyed shopping there and came away with some great clothes that I think were priced right for the good quality.

Pretty bad customer service. I almost instructed the salesperson on what her job was, as she was dragging her feet to be helpful. I will just shop at CR instead, same prices for clothes, but much better quality.

It was a busy sales day but each and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Very impressed and a nice reminder you can still get good service in retail.
