Absolutely impressed by the level of care the staff provided. They carefully wrapped and packed my merchandise.
Very happy with the way I got treated.

The Staff at all Seed stores are horrible (including the childrens store). NO customer service skills at all, They don't smile or greet you as you walk in, instead they grease you off and completely ignore you. This is NOT just the one time, its EVERY TIME, perhaps giving these woman and girls the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had a bad day, but nope, every time I walk into these stores, it's the same thing even if I am just looking around. NO GREETING or EYE CONTACT. WHO IS HIRING THESE PEOPLE? The Regional managers need to be doing their jobs. The girls and the women just stand around and talk to each other.where is the customer service? And to top it off this is an Aussie brand, with Aussie brands come Aussie service or lack there of! My experience, don't shop at SEED, COUNTRY ROAD, WITCHERY, MIMCO any Australian brands. Pathetic shopping experience!
