2Store not answering the phone. Call Jess office and on hold for 10 mins and then person unable to find a plain white tshirt that you stock. Way too hard to simply make a purchase.
My mum and I went in to get my sister the hat that she wanted @ highpoint and the first thing I noticed was the 2 workers talking to each other and no greeting and when one of the workers walked by my mum and mum asked one of the workers about a patterned big rim hat and the lady just through her arm out and said no hats on special so we thought we would have a look and found the one my sister wanted so my mum said that's the one and she said the big rimmed hat are on special but the way she spoke to my mum was atrocious so we walked out and unfortunately I can't name the worker cause didnt see a name badge, very poor service and attitude.
