HORRIBLE service, was waiting to get the right shoe size forever only to get ignored and pushed around to other stuff and had to wait longer, just walked out. The retail woman had a very rude and arrogant attitude.

We had a fantastic experience at this particular seed store. We were assisted by Jenny who helped us pick out clothes for our baby girl. She provided helpful suggestions and was generous enough to walk us out of the store, whilst still conversing with us in a friendly manner. 5 stars for presentation of the store and phenomenal customer service! We will definitely continue to shop at Seed!

Seed children clothing at Highpoint horrible customer service! Very disappointed couldn't be bothered helping with sizes rude staff members including the manager who was working on Sunday mother's day! David Jones as always delivered without a problem! Good for them they get five stars and you get one! Just a feedback to consider for a future reference!

Their real point is negative. At refund time they interrogated my family a lot. They gave much negativity and disrespectful comments on 05/02/2022.

Worst experience. As a loyal customer of seed it was devastating experience to replace an item I bought one week before. Despite presenting the bank transaction that clearly mentioned the shop details I was told this transaction is fake and they haven’t sold such item in over a year!

Located in tbe heart of Highpoint, SEED offers a great variety of Clothing and Accessories, all in a brand new Store.
Definitely a place to go to Shop or just browse in the brightly lit and well arranged sorroundings.
Staff are friendly and provide a good service to all customers.

Disappointing service. The staff except the ladies at the front door have a bad attitude. I went there twice and not once did they come in and check if I had the correct size or if everything was ok. And when you ask for something they make it seem like its a nuisance. Nice range but not worth the money you spend in there. Much rather go across to Country Road where the service is great by all the staff.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to purchase a sale item, was told it was out the back ready to go to an outlet. It was too hard for them to pull the item out of the box for me to purchase, however they could open it to get the style number.

The only resolution offered was to advise a 39 week pregnant customer to drive 45 min in a few days to purchase. Disgusting considering the stock was still in the store, out the back.
