I don’t even know where to start… The whole place is just a mess. Kitchen shuts off earlier then described. Tennis court is closed despite being functional. Basketball court is just a basketball net. Manager is extremely rude and acts like the fun police. Bad place for workers and definitely a no-go for a family stay!

Great little place, cabins were reasonable sized although mattresses weren’t good.
Facilities and amenities were great, everything needed for a few nights stay.

Easy to find, clean rooms and well looked after. Communication was excellent, kids also loved the playground.

We had a site. We have a 22' van (10m), and the site we were originally placed on was way too small. I asked to be moved if possible and it wasn't a problem.
$14 for a wash and dry is a bit steep, though. The park for us was very quiet and would come again.

Stayed in a budget cabin which should be closed down, there is no excuse for dirt, mould on the ceiling in the wardrobe area, a empty shampoo bottle pushed into the exhaust fan in the bathroom, dirt around the shower. Would not recommend staying at this park. Caretaker's only comment was that the cabin was old & that he would speak with head office, sorry he is the caretaker he should be aware of the state of the cabins.

Spent two nights here this week. Friendly efficient customer service and help before I arrived after hours. Good grassy site with concrete pad and plenty of trees.

Amenities not new but spotless and a great shower.

Mattresses were old and you could feel the springs, the PowerPoint's on the TV side were all not working, it was quite smelly in the bedrooms so was quite underwhelming unfortunately

Stayed two nights in a powered site and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Camp kitchen was brilliant, had everything that was needed. Toilets and showers were spotless. Nice quiet location just out of town. A very friendly welcome from the staff. Highly recommended.

We have a caravan so stayed on a site. The amenities were nice and clean, the laundry is being updated so since they had no dryers they had a smaller one to use for free, weather was good so we dried it outside.

Very well run Park, clear communication with staff, lovely clean facilities, great friendly atmosphere and only minutes from Shepparton. Highly recommend.

Booked very last minute, Great location, Clean and well taken care of facilities. Enjoyed and will be back again.

Very nice caravan park location and service
I would like to add one thing as I add to most reviews so many travelers these days like to travel with pets and it’s easy to find a pet friendly park but a lot of travelers as myself would love to see a small dog run free in closure

Could be a great park. The new managers trying hard!
Clean up all the leaves, bark and other debris around the park rather than piling it up against the fence.

Mossies were horrendous due to the bad weather, however the screens on the unit were not adequate to keep them at bay.

Camper here first week of January. Was a lovely, secure, quiet place with plenty of shade. Hope to come again!

Working away from home! I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff are so accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to make the stay perfect! Rooms are super clean and nice! I honestly can’t recommend enough! Thank you to all staff at Shepparton holiday village. Customer service 10/10

Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t be happier. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for Easter weekend, unfortunately the park needs lots off work! Facilities are really run down and weren’t very clean the whole time we stayed. Toilet paper and hand wash constantly running out. (we ended up putting a hand wash in there for everyone to use) Pool isn’t heated so freezing for the kids despite lots of sunny days. The office wasn’t in attendance the whole time we stayed. Just the one girl to help and she clearly was doing her best. Games room had missing items so kids could actually use the room (that was also very dirty) Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back due to the above reasons.

Kellie, the lady in the office, is beautiful and helpful and friendly. We stayed on a powered site which was well maintained. The amenities are very clean. We hope no issues with this Park what so ever.

With a park that is dog friendly, heaps for the kids to do but nice and quiet for the adults and only 10 mins from the CBD of Shepparton, what more can you ask for?

Thanks to Kelly for her outstanding efforts. Great to see a manager who cares about her work and who respects her guests. While the park is a bit run down-her efforts to ensure guests are well catered to and looked after are much appreciated.
