Really disappointed the sizes are HUGE. I purchased a Large which is massive. I actually purchased online and did not realise there is NO EXCHANGE for the right size. I do not want the $400 refund I just want to exchange the jumper to a Medium. Do not buy online. Actually do not buy at all. My son’s birthday gift cannot be worn. How can you pay $400 for something and no exchange for the right size. Be aware do not buy online or a gift for someone. Really l, really upset. I am going to take my complaint to consumer affairs.

Never that I ever left a negative review! No complains about customer service more towards hidden policies. Went to your MC store and asked for Jordan1 lost and found in size 9.5US men.
But was told the price is different from the website. Different supplier or something or warehouse pricing. Misleading representation? I dont know if its franchised but overall disappointed. Called the store more like 7 times no one picks up. With the premium prices and huge mark ups already I believe theres always room for improvement for customers satisfaction.

Non Existent Customer Service
I came to the secret sneaker store on sunday 6/11 around 4: 00pm excited to buy yeezy slides. There was 3 staff standing around having conversation with each other so i approached one of them to ask to get a different size.i was given a quizzical look and no offer of assistance was made. Reluctantly the one i approached went to get another size albeit in a different colorway to what i requested and he immediately disappeared. Upon checking i discovered the size was too small and was waiting for the staff that served me to come back and check for 7mins but nothing happened this was a very quiet period and 2 staff were still chatting to each other. I had to approach one of them again to ask for a different size upon which was provided in a different colorway to what i requested this time it fit me i then requested for the colorway i wanted and was told to go grab it and show him so they can continue to chat. Overall as the customer service experience can be described at best nonchalant but more honestly it leaves me feeling unwelcome and like an intruder. I have noticed this is not the first instance of the issue with the service with just a cursory glance at the reviews below. For a store that charges a premium for the goods, customer service should not be non exsistent

Staff was actually dismissive. Asked for a size and the guy said they had none and in a split second asked someone else for help and dismissed us. Didn't bother asking if we wanted something else which we were. If you have a store paying a lot of rent I wouldn't have my staff being like that especially when you can order online these days. As a sneaker collector for over 20 years sure as hell won't be back.

Worst customer experience ever could not imagine how it could've been worse sales staff was smart and cocky mislead me on a item then refused a refund and said they would sell it for me for a price tried to get a manager no repose couldn't have imagined a worst customer experience I highly recommend shopping somewhere else or not even buying the item as in the end they will properly take your money like they did to me and offer no help I especially recommend not getting served by someone named Jayden from their store worst sales person ever

StockX prices are a lot cheaper even if you include taxes and shipping, but they do have a good selection. I just wish they could add a size filter on the website which would make looking for your size so much easier.

These guys are so unprofessional. Never purchase from these guys as your order will never arrive. Very bad experience with these guys
