It is a small, tucked away nice little piece of nerd heaven. It’s absolutely great. I recently discovered them a couple of weeks ago. Kirsten, (hopefully I spelled that right) was lovely and so was Matt. The shop itself, though small, is very well stocked with both new and back issues of most major titles, brands and general comic book needs. Not to mention, some valuable rarities and hidden gems waiting to be found amongst the racks.

I collect comics however I’m more of a figure collector. They have few figures there, ranging in Marvel select, Dc McFarlane, and a couple of other brands. My only disappointment is that there were no Marvel Legends (retro waves) or Star Wars Black series in stock. In my experience, if you stock the right wave, they sell quickly. Perhaps this review may get them to think about it.

Either way, if you love comic books and a nice friendly environment with great customer service, give this place a go. I wish them great tons of success and perhaps a possible expansion in the future. THANKS SECRET HEADQUARTERS! ️️

First time buying from these guys and they honestly went above and beyond for me.

I ordered 3 items on sale and one was unfortunately not in stock. I was expecting a refund for that item but not only that, Secret Headquarters covered my shipping!

An absolute delight to visit the amazing crew at this little hidden gem of a shop. The range of reading material is mind blowing. I really appreciate the variety of hard copy and ecomics available for purchase. A definite destination for a visit.

Went here in Easter Saturday. Very friendly and very helpful. Prices were reasonable, comics are just expensive these days. Kids and an old collector left happy.

Edit: I now visit regularly and couldn't be happier, the staff/owner is so friendly and helpful, always great to talk to about pop culture. One of the best pop culture stores in Melbourne.

Made my first visit to Secret Headquarters on 22/1/21 (it's an 80 min round trip from my place) but well worth the trip.

Really good range of stuff and the staff are super friendly which made it even better.

Definitely will return to shop there again.

I am a big fan of this family owned comic shop, a much needed resource on this side of town.
They stock plenty of titles, old and new, along with a good smattering of pop culture toys, trading cards, collectables and a nice little second hand section too!
Highly recommend if you're looking to get into comics or need a new haunt to visit closer to home

Amazing place and genuinely lovely staff. Easy to navigate website, if there is anything you need that they dont have, they are more than happy to order in stock for you! Oh and the biggest plus. FREE LOCAL DELIVERY! Such a sweet deal to get your books out to you if you live local to the store.

Great spot in the deep south east amongst some great cafes and parks in the area. Highly reccomend!

Awesome comic and collectibles shop. Good range of everything including harder to find old stuff. Grabbed some golden age bags and boards along with some early X-factor. Even scored a chase Spider-Man for my collection. Bonus was the staff, genuine nice people.

Fast deliveries with extra care taken in packaging. Will definitely be ordering again (well, for a third time as i just put a second order through!)
