Purchased a used Toyota Forklift from Secondhand Forklifts last week.
Greg was upfront and easy to deal with, and happily answered any technical questions I had as we were changing from gas powered to electric.
Vishnu was also a great help with finance and accounting.
Their team made the purchase process simple and easy.

Sale person of the year goes to Mia who persevered with my 100 questions and eventually sold us a 7 Tonne fork lift that was located 1750klm away from our workshop.

Also a big thanks to Tony and Elysha who worked through the parts supply issues and transport delays to get the machine safely up to Queensland.

We purchased a 7 tonne from Secondhand Forklifts and couldn’t have been happier with what we got. Although we had to wait for a few weeks and there were bumps here and there in their communication, in hindsight, it was absolutely worth the wait. We realised that it was largely not due to their negligence, but rather to the congestion within the freight and logistics industry that led to the delays of getting materials/ parts from manufacturers. What matters most is that they have been transparent about it, and took care of the forklift before sending them out so buyers like us wouldn’t have to. Thank you Greg and Tony who have done their job properly and thoroughly! There are some negative reviews on here, which we cannot judge because we don’t know the full story, but I’m impressed to find that the team has responded to most of them, either to clear their name, or to offer a solution, none of which other businesses would have done. From our experience, they have done a great job, and could even be greater if they keep regular contact to update customers, which I’m sure they’ll improve on soon enough. We’re getting our second forklift from them, which should be as good as the first one, if not even better.

Great business to deal with and they were friendly and helpful. Got a great deal for my electric forklift.
The entire buying process was very easy and they literally honoured everything they promised which is very important when buying a used machine. Will definitely recommend them.

Do not trust in these people. They are selling you a junk and after take no responsibility or help. Their warranty is wortless covers nothing. Hardly used $9000 forklift broken down within 6 monts. They want $1250 to fix it. They even wanted to charge money to have look for the forklift. Unless you are very knowladgable and know what you are buying DO NOT BUY FROM THEM because you are throwing out your money on the window!

Don't not buy forklift from this place at all. Most of their positive reviews are fake. We bought the forklift and had nothing but problems. We had to spend $2000 in less than a year to fix the issues. They will do anything to sell the unit at start and when it comes to services, good luck. Con business for sure.

Edit 13/07/2021: They promised me that someone will come past on Monday (12/07/2021). No one has showed up or communicated. Their mentality is if they have already copped a negative review whats the point of service now.
We have to get the motor fixed although its under warranty and pay for it through a third party company.

I talk to them I want to go to the shop as long as the technician can show he called me I would like to pay in front of them but they rejected and they said once technician attend I have to pay no matter he called me or not
Don't try to be good except you are really good.

I thoughts to give 0 star for this business. Never go to this business as they will rip you off. Example for a $10 job they will charge $110. Imagine if you are calling for a service and repairs for your forklifts. Think multiple times before you book with them. This is a honest review to alert people while dealing with this business. We have given our forklift to service and painting. Paid roughly $4000. Once the forklift came to our site it didn't start as the thread to nozzle couldn't connect it completely and we called up secondhand forklifts. The sent a technician and he sprayed grease to nozzle and connected it took 1 minute which we are not aware of it as we are not mechanics. Soon we received a bill $110 plus GST. We asked to revise the invoice for the appropriate work done. They refused to revise. My aim is not give a bad review on this business. But this is what happened

Five Star for the Sales Rep Greg and minus -5 for the so called Shop Manager. Greg went above and beyond his call of duty to rectify the incompetency and inaction's of the Manager that didn't even have the courtesy of calling me back at any stage to let me know about the progress of a fork we had already paid for almost 3 months prior. Instead choosing to hide behind the receptionist and get her to deal with me. After continually getting told over and over that it was being delivered tomorrow, then the next day.etc etc etc (This went on for months!) I decided enough was enough and searched for another company to deal with (once I had found one I was going back to ask for a refund from secondhand) eventually making a call and accidentally stumbling across the Sales Rep for the same company! As I'm not one to back away very often I decided to vent my frustration with Greg and let him know of the debacle with the fork. From then on-wards Greg kept me informed about the issues on a daily basis and eventually arranged for a replacement forklift to be delivered after finding out from the manager that the original one we bought had a cracked chassis and was beyond repair. Without Greg I still would be waiting for a forklift. This bloke deserves a pay rise for having to work with the other goose on a daily basis. THANKS AGAIN GREG:) for all you have done even though it wasn't your problem to start with.

Great value, very happy with our purchase!
We were in the market for a second forklift, and purchased a 2012 Toyota from Secondhand Forklifts. Tennille, Greg & Jeff were very helpful, ran us through some different options, and we settled on this one. Came with a full service, comp test, new tynes, fresh paint job. Very happy, and we intend to continue using them for regular servicing.

Jeff and the team are knowledgeable, friendly and give prompt responses & deliveries, time and time again. Highly recommend.

Great little forklift. Greg sorted me out with the right fork for what I need and what I was going to need for the future. This will be a great asset to us for many years. Can't recommend Greg and his team more highly.

The team at Secondhand Forklifts have provided us with 3 trucks in the last six months. Greg in particular has done a great job in securing the units and delivered on every level. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Greg helped us find a forklift that was fit for purpose for what we needed, including arranging attachments, and secured it at a very reasonable price. It is a tricky time to be buying a forklift but I have been really impressed and would happily do business with Secondhand Forklifts again.

Despite COVID meaning physical inspections were not available, the Team went all out show the condition and functionality of the Walkie Stacker I was looking into. Incredibly well priced and very happy with the service!
