Second Hand Phones - Brunswick

Bought without faceID on iphone 12.2 weeks later the back cracked in my pocket with such ease thanks to it being some shoddy aftermarket placed unevenly. Like barely sitting on it with a heavy duty case. Front camera wiring came loose by itself and stopped functioning, now back camera zoom stopped working as well and makes an electric buzzing sound. Front screen stops responding every 3 mins so I have to lock & unlock phone, now the phone started crashing entirely.

Learn from my mistake and just go buy from the apple store.
At least then you know it isn't ridden with aftermarket parts wired by someone potentially unqualified.

Absolutely disgusting asked to fix my phone camera they didnt fix it and still charges me 90 bucks the lady was rude when I asked why it wasn’t fixed definitely do not recommend this place

I had been recently conned by another phone repair shop thinking I was going to get my screen repaired but instead just got a dead phone in return.
The people at Second hand phones were sympathetic and helped me out with the damage that had been done to my phone, they fixed phone and didn't charge me for it.
I HIGHLY Recommend Second hand Phones if you ever need a phone to be repaired.

I dont usually leave reviews, but after the quality of service I recieved today, I felt like I had to. I walked into Second Hand Phones today as I have been on the lookout for a good deal on a new phone for a while now and thought the store would be a good shout. Upon entering the store, I was kindly greeted by staff member Jared. Jared was kind and thoughtful and answered all of my questions with professionalism and honesty whilst also referring me to some of their competitively priced products that suited my needs. A little while later, staff member Steve also came to help out and educate me further on the products that intrigued me in store. All in all, both Jared and Steve were extremely kind and professional and their professional knowledge of their products allowed me to walk out of the store with a better understanding of what I was looking for. Despite not buying a phone today, I just wanted to thank you guys again for giving me the time of day, it was much appreciated.

Purchased iPhone 13 pro and these guys transferred all my information from my old device to the new.

I’ve bought four phones from here over the years and have always had a great experience. The one time there was an issue it was fixed quickly with no cost and no drama. Thanks Michael and Steve for finding a quick solution that didn’t leave me without a phone for more than 30 minutes.

Poor service, lady behind counter not very helpful, obviously did not want to be there. Its ok went online bought elsewhere.never again. Do not work behind counter if not wanting to serve customers effectively and without being rude.

Bought a phone from them. Went home and it didn’t work at all, went back and it was a very disorganised experience. The phone they swapped it with is already showing signs and problems with the touch screen

Would never go back, even to fix it. They don’t know what there doing. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHONES.

Bought an I phone 6 today paid $203 for same. The shop assistant said they would try and download my data from my old phone which I thought had completely died. They told me my old phone had a faulty screen and repaired it for $68 and gave me a refund for the difference. So nice to find honesty and good friendly service. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends of my experience.

My husband paid $259 to have a line down his screen fixed. Two weeks later the line reappeared. The phone hadn’t been dropped or any other damage or problems. Took it back and they said too bad it’s not covered under their warranty to fix it again. The good news is that a day later the line disappeared. The bad news is we spent $259 for a repair that appears to come and go so is not a proper fix. For that amount had we known it could not be repaired permanently we would not have spent the money.

Amazing customer support from michael.i recommend them for someone looking for cheap and good quality phone.

I took my iphone7 that had a faulty ear speaker and microphoe to the team at Second Hand Phones and within 2 hours later it was all fixed for a very small fee. It was almost like getting a new phone - this saved me from having to purchase a new phone. I was totally impressed by the professionalism and the expertise at the store - the customer service was amazing!
For any future repairs or purchases i'll be heading straight to this store! I highly recommend anyone that has mobile phone issue to see the team here for a quick and professional fix.

I needed a cheap-er replacement phone after smashing my phone. I was a little skeptical and thought I might get a few months out of the phone, but figured it was a risk I was willing to accept.

The Customer Service was fantastic. I had picked out a particular iphone 6, however the Customer Service Representative didn't think the wifi signal/connection was great and asked if I would mind waiting while they found another phone or could fix it. I really appreciated the open and honest communication - especially during the Sale process.

I bought this phone in August 2019.and it is still going strong. Will be a repeat customer when I am in need again! Keep up the great work.

Awesome service here. I took my phone to two other places that tried to charge me $100+ for stuff I didn’t need. This was the third place I tried, it ended up being a clip not on properly and didn’t charge me for it. I won’t ever go anywhere else for phone repairs.

Returning to Oz after 30 years in London, Sam and Ashleigh were just great in getting me up and running with a fab iphone 6s.
A further thank you to Sam for helping me with setting up things on my second visit, your patience and service were so much more than I ever could have expected, would highly recommend, the service is 5 star +

I bought an iPhone here before and the power button was not working very well, so I had to pay somewhere to have it fixed.

Brought two phones today one for my step daughter and one for me. I could not fault my experience at this store. I wish them all the success
