I dont even think this place is worth one star.put one of my employee's through to get his forklift licence. I tried contacting the company on multiple occasions to discuss support for my employee as his first language isn't english, via email and phone, no one ever answered me. Got to the day of him starting his training for his forklift licence. My employee rang me at the end of the first day fretting that he wasn't going to pass, he had no hope, he was lost in the course work and that no assistance was being provided. I tried ringing again, no answer. I feel as if all this company did was collect my $495 odd dollars and put him in the too hard basket. They psyched him out of passing. Absolutely unsupportive and are lacking in professionalism. This all could have been avoided if they just answered the phone.
