Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and professional yesterday when my seatbelt had an issue AND.it was fixed on the spot. I highly recommend Seat Belt King.

Not made well at all, thin wire that attaches seatbelt clicker to seat has worn through and is only holding by a single wire! If I didn't notice and had an accident the seatbelt wouldn't have helped at all I'm lucky that I noticed it first by the sound of the broken wires scratching together when inserting seatbelt buckle, if you purchase from seatbelt king please check that yours isn't broken and make it a routine every time you use it, it could save your life because if you don't the seatbelt could cost you your life. *Edit* I've noticed on the site that the part that has failed on mine has been redesigned and looks like it's well made. *Edit* replacement sent straight away via express post although not a single word of apology.

Really nice people, fair prices.
Wish every company involved with cars had customer service like this.

I cannot speak highly enough of Seat Belt King.
Their customer service was excellent.
My 1995 MGRV8 original seat belts were not retracting correctly. I removed them, sent by Express Post to Melbourne, from Sydney.
Once they arrived, I was called immediately, spoke to Technician Andrew, he was brilliant, understood originally & safety were critical.

The fixed seat belts were returned quickly.
I wish to Thank Kath & Andrew in particular.

I had both of my seatbelts re-webbed about four months ago to pass vic roads inspection which they did and now four months later the driver side failed to pass RWC. I took my 1998 Honda in and they pulled it out and replaced what needed to be replaced within 15 minutes. Were very quick and professional, with amazing service from Andrew and Dan.

Had Andrew install new seat belts for my 75 series Troopy. Outstanding service and workmanship. Couldn’t be more impressed with his attitude. Went over and above.

Brand new seatbelt failed its roadworthy immediately, foreman yelled at me down the phone to check a dealerships seatbelts to see if they were the same, like it was me who conducted the roadworthy check. Manager was exactly the same. Mentioned hundreds of other consumer affairs complaints so looks like its not just me.

Cheap Chinese product with a premium price. Abysmal customer service. Mechanic mentioned to me they were shocking to deal with and shocking product when I told him where I got it.

Always very friendly and accomodating staff with quick and high quality service. Prices very reasonable too. Definitely recommend!

Used Seat Belt King twice now and what a great job they did for me not only was I very happy with their quality and service myself needing the belts due to trip to SA they let me pick up my seat belts late from their lock box thanks

I needed a seatbelt extender for my car. The ones sold at auto shops were just one generic type which didn’t suit my car. The team at Seat Belt King were very knowledgeable and helped me with the correct buckle and made the extender on the spot at the required length. Excellent service!

The best looking seat belts I've ever had for any of my cars. Due to having a blue 2001 Subaru Outback that I worked on to get it back on the roads I got the blue belts. A few weeks ago the guy doing the RWC for my vehicle said, "Mate these match your car nicely" many of the people who have seen them say "Ahhhh these are very nice"

Absolutely brilliant. Very quick, professional and know the subject matter fully. I got my lazy seat belt and retractor replaced for my Audi at a very affordable price and in just 45 mins when dealers quoted for 3 hours. Highly recommend.

I contacted Kath on Tuesday regarding a seatbelt buckle extension after universal ones from another store had failed me and she quickly identified the exact part I needed and shipped it to me Express.
I was thrilled when it arrived on the Thursday and it worked perfectly and effortlessly as described. I will no longer hurt my back twisting around my sons booster seat to plug it in. I would reccomend this business to anyone having similar problems.
