I recently hired Seaspray Pools and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final touches, they demonstrated expertise and attention to detail. I highly recommend Seaspray Pools for anyone in need of pool and spa services.

Sales staff
The sales staff that assisted us with our design went above and beyond to help us visualise our dream space and make it work given our location, sun, trees, all the things you need to consider at design stage

Final Design Drawing
This "quick get together" turned out to be 8 hours! The designer spent so long just making sure that our drawings were absolutely perfect. We referred to this drawing a thousand times is future stages, planning tiles, landscaping etc.this drawing became our bible

Cut, Steel, Plumbing, Concrete
Wow.these guys are all experts in their trades.they all arrived on time as agreed.and did their relevant jobs exceptionally well.each trades person was a specialist in their area and it showed.

We did have a problem where we were disgruntled at how the site was left one day, with mud tracks on the drive and so, and as soon as we complained seaspray attended and rectified our complaint.

Tiling
Our tiler was a magician.we had a very intricate job and he worked under a huge marquee tent to keep the concrete pool dry as he toiled away tile by tile for 2 weeks.

Water!
The pool was filled, filtration fired up, Heater on and all was well!

Until a seapray staff member had fears of an underground leak: (

Our worst fears were realised when a pressure test indicated that yes, we had a leak under our newly laid turf, tiles, concrete, pool.who knows!

We immediately had investigation underway and it was found that another plumber when moving some things around had reconnected an underground pipe incorrectly.

This was not done by seaspray but by our local plumber we hired to do other jobs on our property and we asked him to reconnect the pumps after we moved it to pour a concrete path.

So did Seaspray pass the buck and say "not our fault, it was right when we installed it". No they didn't.they sent their very experienced plumber out, he reconnected not only the faulty part but also re-worked everything that our local guy did to ensure the system was 100% sound and completely perfect.

- did we then get a massive bill? - no they did it to make sure that we were happy and could use our pool that day.

Seaspray were not the cheapest quote we had, but we wanted to support an established long running family business and we felt that they really knew what they were doing. They did.

They exceeded our expectations at each stage of our build and we could not possibly recommend them more to anyone.

Don't go for cheap and corner cutting pool builders.because when you need them they won't be around.

Building a pool is a massive undertaking and you need experience, skill, accountability and professionalism in your team.

We had all of that.in spades

We are very pleased with our new Pool that Seaspray built. It's to the premium and high standard that we expected from them. The weather unfortunately set us back 5 months as their tilers weren't able to work in the rain, and November saw a lot of rain! Unfortunately the communication wasn't great once the concrete was poured while we were waiting for the tilers to do their part. I didn't hear a lot from Seaspray, I called our lead sales manager Aaron who had been amazing prior to the concrete being poured to discuss the lack of information and correspondence in the 4 months, but was told that he was no longer working on the project (the project moved to another team once the concrete was poured). I never received a call to discuss my concerns, only emails sparingly.
Up until the concrete was poured, the service was incredible, the pool was completed and the handover took place 7 months after the concrete was poured. Seaspray recommended great suppliers to help with the process, including their sparky and mostly the Landscaper they use Gavin from FGC, he's been incredible.

I would highly recommend seaspray Pools. I'm thrilled with the finished product. Great work and communication all the way through from their team.

The quality of our concrete pool and spa is excellent. The Admin team were a pleasure to deal with as we navigated poor weather and inconsistent subcontractors together. The follow up service has been great, and we have really appreciated the support. We would recommend Seaspray for a well-constructed and quality pool.

Seaspray Pools constructed our beautiful pool on a challenging block. They took all the chellenges in their stride and always came up with great solutions to any roadblocks.

Seaspray Pools built us an amazing pool that we are very happy with. The people who work for them were wonderful, and very accomodating. I would recommend them to all people looking for a concrete pool.

The staff is exceptionally pleasant and professional. The pool is a great and is a huge hit with the family, we couldn't be happier.

Everyone visiting the site or back in the office has been wonderful to deal with, answering our many questions or offering advise, suggestions or recommending external parties to ensure our final result was worth the wait! I am a Boutique Residential Builder, and I used John and his team at Seaspray Pools to construct 2 pools for me this year at a residential project I have just completed in Caulfield Nth.

They were extremely professional, organised and left the site neat and tidy after each stage of the pool construction.

It was a seamless process dealing with his crew and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a hassle-free pool build experience.

TERRIBLE AND NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS POOL COMPANY by Eli 7 December 2022
Not recommended at All this company from the beginning dealing with to many contractors, variations and extra charges through the project and this company it is only focus on money not customer service we have been abused and at the end after we had paid All cost and more than the agree price for this project this company managed to get away of finishing the pool by getting a solicitor against us to terminated the contract and the insurance and then after I claimed them what was going on and to finish the pool they requested us to paid another $16000 to finish the pool, this is an absolute dishonest way to treat a customers the owner has been a very aggressive and unseasonable person not smooth process with them
TO BE HONEST I WOUDN'T recommend this company to any one at All

We were really happy with the quality of the pool and the quality of the trades used who were all really helpful. The only negative was having to manage much of the process and timing of various tasks ourselves though the admin team do as much as they can. Overall happy and would use again
