Seasons Botanic Gardens Melbourne reviews
46I have been following up since my stay in Nov. I am just ignored. Then hung up on last week. I am promised emails will be checked. No one responds at all. Hanging up on guests is very concerning and upsetting
I came to Melbourne for a family visit and we all with 3 kids stayed in the same room (2 bedroom apartment). This is an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together to accommodate our family needs. It’s is in a prime location right opposite to the botanic garden and right next to tram station connecting to city anywhere. Definitely worth value of money. A must to stay!
We come to Melbourne frequently and this stay was very disappointing to say the least.
Internet was poor, kitchen had barely anything to use for a four night stay, bathroom was very basic and no toilet brush.
Bed and pillows were old and not comfortable at all. TV was not a smart one so not even able to watch Netflix.
We will definitely not be returning here.
Nice, simple and quiet room. I slept well. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.
Geez I should have read the reviews. Filthy. Rooms definitely don't look like advertised. Horrible smell. Definitely do not stay here. No heating in room.
Was a pretty average stay. Got put in a room with two single beds instead of a queen bed. Shower wall had a mass of long dark hair stuck to it when we arrived. Glass table was filthy underneath and there was no plug in the room for the bath.and when we asked for one, they sent one up that didn't fit. Spare doona in the wardrobe was stained too, so we left that where it was. Good location for what was needed, and they did reimburse the parking fee which was appreciated.but overall, wasn't the most desirable of stays, will probs give it a miss in future.
There's truly no reason this option is better than anything else you can find.
The rooms are mediocre, the service is atrocious and the price isn't on par with what you get.
Our personal experience kicked off with 30 minutes of pure frustration dealing with the abhorrent on-site parking and lack of interest from front of house staff, then on to a room which was simply not as advertised or expected.
Excellent location. Large well equipped family room with soft beds, clean linen, washer/dryer, kitchenette, decent fridge with seperate freezer, lounge area with ample chairs and balcony looking straight out to the Shine. Pool, spa, sauna and gym. Friendly reception staff. Stairs only to access the carpark but they would let you unload at the entrance before parking. Lifts up to rooms. IGA express a short walk away for anything you need.
The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was huge with a park view. Really handy location for a Sydney Myer Music bowl concert. There is parking available from a side lane. Book first. Max 2m head height.
Very welcoming, clean and well appointed room with a bathtub! IGA is a block away.
USB charging points would be a useful upgrade at some point
Friendly reception staff. Great location, 1970's decor becoming cool again.
Filthy bath and windows.
Hot tub (have to get out every three mins to press button to turn back on), sauna and pool, with it's very own resident Redback spider the week we were there.
Comfy beds, great location, slightly dated decor but clean and tidy facility, friendly staff who are approachable and helpful. Highly recommended
It's more like service apartment. No restaurant so you need to go to the nearby shops for breakfast.
Due to road closure for airport train rail construction you need to walk a bit to get a taxi. However once the rail complete then this place will be a good spot as it's not far from the CBD and the beach.
It's not a brand new place but you can still get a 2 double beds in a room with a sofa inside so the roomis quite big.
I booked a two double beds service apartment for a family of three for 4 nights stay. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We will be back!
We have stayed here many times over the years. This time we had a one bedroom facing the shrine. It was neat and comfortable. Parking can be frustrating as there is no lift from the car park but the off street pull up is handy for unloading.
We had a 2 room apt.rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable kitchenette fully supplied will be back
Very neat room, had a good rest. Room did short teaspoons. Bathroom feels a bit outdated but does not affect your stay.
Why advertise if I book direct it will cost me less when in fact it cost more than say Booking.com, even the car parking is cheaper on a site than having to booking direct.
Great location, friendly, helpful staff and clean spacious room. Decent kitchen but did lack utensils, no tongs etc. Bedding comfort was poor (sufficient coverings not provided). And shower pressure was dismal.
I stayed here for easy access to the dawn service at the Shrine of Remembrance. It’s in a wonderful location, right near a tram stop on St Kilda Rd, and with perfect access to the Shrine, Botanical Gardens and Arts Centre/Southgate precinct. The apartments are a bit dated and tired now, but my apartment was very spacious, with a very comfortable king bed with excellent linen. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
