Great place to get away.
A little out of the way but I'll def think of this place again if down that way.

Stayed for 1 night in no 4 (Deluxe Villa), Feb 23rd 2023. Easy communication and access. Spacious kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Very clean - must be newly renovated. Recommendable!

Nice little gem just 12 mins away from Port Campbell. Very clean with all the modern amenities. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Really lovely, quiet and homely villas with everything you could need for a comfortable family stay. Very clean. Well-equipped kitchen and very comfy queen bed. Lovely staff and thoughtful welcome card and wine. Close enough to the beach but not really walking distance with bags and towels etc. Avoid staying in unit 3 if you’re travelling with a dog as there’s no outdoor/backyard area so you’re stuck inside with nowhere to go. Very annoying as all of the other units (1,2 and 4), have lovely private grassy areas with outdoor settings and even a deck, while we had nothing. Because our dog is just a pup we had to spend a bit more time at home while he slept after all the running around on the beach but had nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather plus putting him out on the garden meant finding a patch of grass near someone else’s place!

Cabins with 2 bedrooms, seperate toilet and bathroom. Has front loader washing machine and undercover clothesline. Comfortable space and quiet location, we were there early Feb! Every was clean and well maintained. Access via keysafe code so no contact with staff but were helpful on phone and with checkin instructions!

After travelling half way through Australia, this little gem was a really nice surprise! These villas boast friendly staff and immaculate facilities where it really felt like a welcoming home away from home. We loved our stay and will be returning with our family in the future.

Super comfy villa that felt like a home away from home. Great hosts and appreciated the tip off for some stunning sites to check out too. After reading some reviews, the villa must have had a recent refurb because it felt modern and clean.

Amazing location for visiting local sites. Worth staying a few nights to explore what this beautiful area has to offer. Spacious and clean villas with good kitchen and washing machine. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great value for money!

The best holiday Vila in this location. I had a very relaxing time and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is self contained everything plus washing machine. I highly recommend this villa the owner is very helpful. The beach is just walking distance and is absolutely beautiful Thanks

A nice place to stay for the night whilst traveling the Great Ocean Road. The place is a bit dated but that aside for the price we paid it was good value. The bed was comfy. I will say the couches were not the most comfy but we did only stay one night. The guy who runs the place Jim was nice and happy to help out with anything you may need.

I have to give the highest praises to the owner Jim, honestly one of the nicest blokes you will meet on your way through The Great Ocean Road. Super clean and amazing value for price.

During the pandemic we all struggled, myself and my partner were stuck, homeless and trying to get through borders to get home to WA having been in a tent for months Jim offered us a weekly rate and a place to call home for a few weeks.

The stories and chats though I enjoyed the most, a very good host and a bloke with a great heart! I'm not sure if his family has taken over the business yet but if you can get in, meet Jim and have an authentic experience I cant reccomend this place enough.

Out of standard. 20 years ago it was certainly a nice accommodation, but today.the host himself maintains the accommodation. A friendly and kind good host who needs help with cleaning and replacing some things. It doesn't matter what is old it just needs to be cleaned well.

Jim is a great host cabins are large and spacious and very very restfull clean and it has everything one would need

Quiet, clean and tidy. Good location to set up as a base to see the coast line & surrounding area.

The accommodation was clean, fairly modern, the right blend of solidity and practicality for a holiday apartment, the beds were comfortable and everything worked. There were no frills, but you don't need frills in holiday accommodation. Teabags, instant coffee and long-life milk provided for that cup of something on arrival, and the kitchen was adequately kitted out. Covered parking was nice, and it was good value for money. I'm not in the habit of recommending things to my friends, but I'd recommend this place.

We are returning customers. We loved our first visit and this second visit was just as good.

The rooms are amazingly clean. The deluxe cabin we stay in has a great lay out and we'll equipped. We brought our dogs. The manager asked that they didn't go on the furniture, which is no problem for us. Their was grass for them to walk on.

The manager/owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We had issues with our car and he took time to help us. He gave us reconditioned on places to go, attractions to visit, where to get groceries and take our dogs swimming.

I would highly recommend this venue and will return again in the future.

This place needs a bit of work. Carpets were old. I thought the linen was old too. The say was ok. The basics were met.
