Have attended Shanti's Yoga/Meditation sanctuary last couple of years and have absolutely loved the uniqueness of these classes. Shanti provides a haven to unwind, de stress and feel nurtured. Have also had an astrology session with Shanti which was an eye opener. This women Is so knowledgeable in Meditation, Yoga, Reiki and astrology amongst other talents. This is based on her many years of training and teaching. Love her caring nature, always going above and beyond.and allowing us space to just breath and relax.

I first come to Shanti for Yoga and Meditation in 2017. I was never a big fans to Yoga before I met Shanti. I been to different yoga studio outside and always find that seems doesn't click.
