POTATO CAKES & BURGERS ARE TO DIE FOR! Always guaranteed fresh delicious fish. It's a no brainer for me to get my fish and chips from these guys. Love your food, love your service.

Placed a phone order and was told ready in 20min. Got there expecting to pick up order and told it will be ready soon, other people ordering all told 20min. After waiting another 10 to 15 minutes I asked where is my order to be told sorry we're busy, my order wasn't even in the fryer. I said why are you saying 20 minute wait when clearly it will be at least an hour. I asked for my money back and it's the last time I will be going there.
Poor service and food quality not that great.

Hey! Lucas came in at lunch time today to pick up our order! I can't say enough how outstanding the food is! From the fish and chips to the onion rings, burgers, and scallops! The potato cakes are absolutely delicious. Fresh, tasty, and not oily at all. We will be coming back for the best fish and chips in Melbourne.

Best fish and chips we’ve had in years! Had the Barra and wow! The burger was brilliant! Potato cakes and chips are 100% amazing! Highly recommended for quality food and freshness! We will be regular’s definitely!

Come here on wednesdays after school, owner is a great bloke, very friendly, food is great, burgers are top notch, kebabs are pretty good, but have some room for improvement, prices are great and cheap, as well as the family packs are great feed for a group of mates or family.could try using less salt though.

I had one of their ‘hamburgers with the lot’ today and it was so juicy, mouth watering and huge. The chips I also couldn’t resist. I’d definitely visit this eatery again! Well done staff!

The Delux Burger is ust OK but the Scollops are some of the worst I ever had. The first was rubbery and couldn't eat the 2nd the taste was awful had to spit it out. It's a pity as the shop is nice and close to home. Will go back to the one at Watervale have never been disappointed there.

The Hamburger with the lot abosulety brilliant and chips yum yum first time have been there certainly will become a regular customer

Sun 15th jan. I ordered a special burger. It was enormous. Never have I had such a phenomenal burger. The team that run, cook and manage are very decent people. I was treated very nice. Thank you for a great meal.
(Few weeks earlier) I ordered a deluxe burger. $12. I have to say. It was very very good. I was happy to pay it. Clean place too. Great people.

The owner is a real one. All the customers that came in after us or before us he gave the extra food out of kindness. He is so kind hearted and food was amazing. The store itself is clean and look well maintained. OWNER IS AMAZING EVERYONE COME HERE AND LEAVE A TIP

Updated Review since change of ownership. Got myself a triple deluxe burger and this tasted unreal, has to be up their with dedicated burger shops and even better than some

Amazing burgers. You can get yourself a double beef and cheese burger with bacon and a side of chips and a can of drink for $14! That's mcdonalds prices with quality better than most dedicated burger joints.
Quality of service is also great

Good nice costumer service. Quite waiting time only bad part is sometimes the chips can get a little mushy/soggy but other times are amazing

Ripper service, burgers were amazing! So good I had to have a second, he ran me through how he pre marinated the meat and even threw in a potato cake for free.
Highly recommend, service was impeccable, open 7 days a week. Get around it if you’re in the area 100%

You’ll find the best burgers and hot jam donuts here, when compared to any local fish and chips in the area. Service is fantastic also.

Great chips and add ons. Everything tasty and fresh except flake and seafood sticks the dough was still undercooked and bready. Picked out the fish and sticks and cooked and ok but batter not great this time round which is my first time. Will give one more shot in future in case was a bad night.

Go to fish and chip shop was closed so decided to give this place a try. It may have been a busy night but nothing was good. Chips were dry, burger pattie was mostly breadcrumb and dry. But the worst part was when ordering I clearly heard someone in the background say we are out of flake. I ordered a flake for my kid and it was fish but sure as hell wasn’t flake. It was also well pricier than my go to place. I gave two stars because the love looks ver clean, no stars on the food.

We are new to the area have tired this place 5 times and tonight is this the last time we order here! Chips under cooked potato cakes soggy scallops, sea food sticks over cooked and dry flake was stiff as carboard! We always said we will give them another go but Never again! Not worth the money!
