Seafolly Outlet - Melbourne

They act like they don’t want to be but still get paid. The outlet price is not a huge difference compared to the retail price. Be proud of where you work, outlet or not. Melbourne service…snobby bogans, city prices and rural service.

Such poor service. Arrived at the store at 5.35 to be told they were closed, even though website says 6pm closing. I had driven across town and was stuck in traffic to get there.

Staff have a poor attitude, and even though the store closure time is 6pm, they won't allow anyone in after 5: 45pm because they want to go home. Bad vibes only

I’d like to say they have rude staff but that would require them actually acknowledging me to say. Not even a smile or a hello. Ended up going online and buying from Cleonie instead.

This is the 4th time in 6 mths lve entered this shop. Staff never even acknowledged myself or my adult daughter. Needed swimwear and resort wear.
Staff never even bothered to ask if we were ok, if we needed assistance. Gave you 4 chance's ladies. So we have now spent our money elsewhere.

In such difficult times one would think you'd be busting for the sales. Treat every customer as equal. They pay your wages with sales. Never again will we try and shop here.

I had the most incredible experience at the Essendon DFO store. I had a beautiful lady named Lin who was exceptional at her job, she had the best customer service and was so helpful. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Would 100% go back not only for the products but for the wonderful customer service.

Great quality and design of swimwear. Affordable prices. The staff were very kind and helped me with sizes.
I would definitely go back to that store.
