Terrible customer service specially if you're after exchange or refund

Wouldn’t go back. Manager incredibly rude. Spent $500 a few months ago, barely worn the bathers and the top is faulty. Said its the way I washed them. The bottoms are in perfect condition however? Don’t waste your time going here if you’re looking for nice customer service.

Purchased two swim costumes on line, one is delivered from this shop, but the size so small comparing with another one. I could not wear it. I asked for return by email, no answers, no after sales services.

Seafolly Concept in Westfield Doncaster is a great shop. The customer service is very good I visited the shop buy some beachwear I found the staff there very helpful, I couldn't find my size so they helped me to find it at other stores and they had it sent home to me great and friendly service. I also was happy with the wide range of styles. Great place great service.

I found the staff to be unhelpful with sizing and assisting in grabbing me the sizes i needed whilst in the changing room. I despise the changing rooms as the doors can be seen through because theyre slats! For a bather shop where you're stripping off to your underwear i can't believe their changerooms lack any privacy whatsoever. The doors arent lockable either and you never know if theyre occupied so your constantly scared someone will just walk in. Then with the staff not assisting i had to keep poking my head around the changeroom door and yelling out whilst in a bikini in a shopping centre where my changeroom could be seen from the walkway.overall just a terrible design.

Great customer service, they made buying a christmas present as easy as possible.
