Seafolly Concept - Chadstone

Always finding amazing dresses in Seafolly! Just need to get in quick before they sell out!

Couldn’t recommend more! After a shocking experience at the Doncaster store yesterday, the girls at Chadstone were amazing! Will only shop here from now on thanks to Jordan and Michelle. 10/10 service.

Swimwear is always gorgeous.
Chadstone offered zero service.
My 3 daughters and i were invisible to the 4 staff. Change rooms were a mess. Very few customers in store. No excuse for no service. The brand does not sell itself.

All the swimwear is beautiful and well made and the staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are definitely a bit more on the expensive side, but the quality makes up for it. They last for a long time, in my experience at least.

Sales assistants are pushy and will repeatedly ask you questions while you're in the change room.

I bought a matching bikini set here and the hook snapped when I put it on a home. This is ridiculous quality for something that nearly cost $200. I brought this back to the store where they hesitantly refunded me for the top and told me that I could not get a refund for the bottom.

Poor quality and abysmal service. There are many places that are better to shop at.

This shop is the bomb! Stock is beautiful and caters for all shapes and sizes. I left with a smile and new bathers for Bali like a Cheshire Cat. Grinning ear to ear.

Everytime I visit there, not many stocks and no size. I dont want to buy expensive swimwears with poor customer service. Rude staff.

May be I should first write a review for Google. When I searched for swim wear on Google, I got Sea Folly's name in the suggestions as the nearest store which sells swim wear. However, there are other cheaper options such as Kmart and so on in the Chadstone shopping center very close to Sea Folly. All the businesses are following the digital marketing strategy where they pay Google in order to come first in the suggestions and I believe Sea Folly should have done the same.

Sea Folly is very costly and in fact it is 6 - 7 times the cost of the ones found in Kmart and other stores. So, buyers please don't always trust Google's search engine results blindly because there will be other cheaper options if you can explore properly.
