Appalling customer service. Have no idea how to treat their customers! And their tech support? Don't even go there! 1 of the worst I've experience.

Broad range of security products and almost always have what you need in stock. Often hard to get someone on the phone though as they are always flat out. I have had problems with receipts not being sent with packages but always resolved.
