Great location with free parking avaliable on the street. Shops, restaurants are walking distance as well as the beach. Apartment is spacious and clean.

UGH! First of all, If you’re in the lowly queen standard room, there are four of them, there is no on-site parking and given that the location is fantastic, and where everyone wants to be, we had to park 200 metres away.

Never mind, except to get to our room, you have to walk through a garage with a guests car in it and washing hanging on the wall to the back and up these metal fire escape type stairs.

The room itself was nice enough, but all we could hear all day was the metal clanging sound of people going up and downstairs.

The thing is these metal stairs go right past what was to be our bedroom so no privacy. None whatsoever you had to keep the blinds drawn all day. Dark and dingy.

Also, we could hear everything that the guest above us was doing whether it was the shower or the kitchen or the TV.no privacy in the living area either it faced the other guest car park courtyard and the other rooms. Ugliest. View. Weirdest set up.

So they get one star for the location and another staff for the lovely receptionist, who was a doll. I would’ve given a third star maybe because the layout was quite nice, but the lack of privacy, trudge to the car and the noise noise NOISE just wrecked it for us.

Highly recommended! Great & very convenient location, fast & easy check-in.i extremely wished we stayed here longer.the place was super lovely! We have no issues whatsoever with our beds at all.the linens were super comfy too.the place was clean.there’s no elevator though.so be warned for those with super huge luggages or those who have difficulty woth stair access.other than that, the place is perfect! Will definitely stay here again.

The manager on duty when we arrived went way out of her way to ensure that although the initial apartment allocated to us was unsuitable (I'm a light sleeper and was worried that it might be a bit noisy), she wld make every effort to find us an apartment that wld suit. And she did, and we were very happy. Fantastic and thank you!

We were a party of 4 and stayed here for 1 night as part of our Great Ocean Road drive. We were a late arrival and had to negotiate the late check in process – but it worked out. Our unit consisted of an upper and lower floor. Each couple had their own washrooms. The units are very spacious. While the furniture is basic, the units were very clean and comfortable. WIFI was very good and everything that we used worked just fine. That is certainly all we need. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Penthouse 9 and it was superb! Everything was great, the location, accommodation, service, and customer service. All 3 bedrooms were great, and the outdoor space was awesome. Only drawback is the parking space as it was very tight for a Kia Carnival like people mover, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Sea Foam Villas! Will definitely go back with family and friends.

It's a beautiful place. With everything u need. Money well spent. I highly recommend, there is a nice restaurant n market shop nearby. Therefore location wise, its a good place. Sadly I only have a video of the house. Haha. It took me 2 mins, to video the whole place. Bed have warmers. You won't regret. I stake my reputation. The best place, I stayed while in Melbourne.

Great experience, comfortable accommodations, friendly reception staff and the most comfortable bed & pillow I've ever experienced in motel/hotel accommodation.

Definitely recommend Seafoam Villas

This is definitely one of the most comfortable property I have stayed. My split level unit is very spacious, clean and comfortable that can easily fit 6-8 adults. Beddings are very comfortable, heaters are very strong, kitchen is well equipped and plenty of amenities are provided. Washing machine is the only thing missing in the room but available on site with additional charge. I will definitely come back again with my family during my next trip to Port Campbell.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful views from room 3 with a deck that leads straight down into the beach front. Great location to restaurants and shops.

The property was at amazing location, right in front of the Port Campbell beach and 1 min walk to all the cafe & restaurants.
The apartment had fully equipped kitchen and was sparkling clean. It was very spacious and the balcony had a good view of ocean. The bed was comfortable. We had a dedicated parking spot inside the property campus. The place was exactly same was it was shown in the pictures.
There were only few negatives. The layout of the apartment was odd. The way to bedroom was through the bathroom and the bathroom interior was also outdated. The TV was not smart one.

On second day, our car tyre got flat and the lady, K, at the reception really went out of the way to arrange the help to get it fixed.
Overall we had a great time there and definitely stay there next time when we will visit again.

The sleeping room was quiet and the view of that tiny bit of water was lovely. Central to the middle of town and convenient to both the 12 apostles, Ridge back and London Bridge.

Extremely clean, fantastic location. No oven in apartment 13 and kitchen could be more stocked. Other than that, a very good accommodation

Bit of "Smoke and Mirrors" as the only view is of the street OR if you are "really lucky" the the internal car park. If you want views without the expense the property across the road seems to have all the accommodation facing the bay.

Nevertheless, accommodation itself was as advertised and quite comfortable. The ground floor section of the accommodation needed airing out as there was a consistently distinct odour so the second night we moved to the first floor which we found much more comfortable.

Check-in was simple and straight forward and the check-in staff were very friendly. As such it was all about expectations hence why the 4 stars. So if you don't expect any views then this is a 5 star review.

By the way: What do you call a man who can’t stand? Neil.

Breath taking view. Clean room and with amenities. Good restraunts and a Pub within walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely stay again when we're in the area. It was so easy to book, extremely comfortable and a wonderful location!

Clean and a good location, but way over priced for what it is, we had missing slats in the blinds, poor internet connection, and the shower was terrible, nothing from stopping the water from hitting the floor, and after you finish your shower you have to use towels to sop up the water on the floor.

We were recently married in the Port Campbell area. The wedding party and all our guests stayed at Sea Foam Villas for the weekend. The penthouses were great, both with the most beautiful view. All of our guests commented on how great their rooms were also. A big thank you to all the Sea Foam employees, they were lovely, easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. We all really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again!

Standard room was decent. One of the lights in 6a was out in the kitchen but everything else was ok. Location was good, everything in town at walking distance.
