Sajith has done a great job for our backyard by designing a Veranda cum decking solution. We all liked the design which met with all our requirements, professional, industrial and aesthetics standards. He got it vetted by a structural engineer and have managed all the prerequisites in obtaining a building permit too.

SD architects designed my new cafe supermarket in Glenroy. Extremely happy with the work. They have thorough knowledge of the planning / building permit procedures and guidelines and supported me throughout. They went over and above their responsibilities to help and expedite the process. I am sure I managed to save a few weeks just because of their diligence and proactiveness. Also great designs and very thorough on their drawings. Saves a lot of back and forth with the council authorities. Highly recommended.

Well around February this year (2019) we were looking for draftsmen to draw up the specs for our extension.
Basically we need to pull down the old wooden extension and reconstruct the same general layout just a bit larger and modern, the difficultly was that our home as a Victorian heritage listing and therefore we needed someone who was experienced with this sort of style and Victorian aspirations.
A friend mentions two draftsman whom we called; the first was ok but very formal and sounded too busy to handle the finer points that we wanted, “he obviously wanted quick and easy”, then we spoke with Sajith from SD Architectural and Design, after explaining what we required Sajith (I call him SJ) was very helpful and creative, nothing seems to new or difficult so we proceeded.
He came out for a very detailed site inspection with his assistance whom measured everything very accurately he spent time with my wife and I discussing all of our ideas and went back to his office and produced and very professional set of plans we saw the initial draft and made some alterations which were handled very quickly.
SJ then assisted us in finding other professionals which we needed for the next stages of our build.e. G. Soil sample Engineering and more.
We can’t praise his work higher, his prices as fair, service quick and efficient.
We will definitely recommend him to other.
