Initial review: Fantastic customer service, starting with online chat, which gave me details for mail in service. Eliot then arranged an in person pickup after work, and our smashed Samsung S6 lite tablet was repaired with a new screen and returned the next day to us in person! Great price and smooth transaction.

Needed to get the batteries on my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 5G was they were getting a big long in the tooth. Brought it in in the morning, got it back that afternoon. New batteries and screen protector installed flawlessly. Very good prices and excellent service.

The real deal. No passcode needed and even told me a previous screen repair from another vendor in my regional town (which disturbingly required passcode to repair) had added extra screws to my phone.

I fixed my LG V40 screen. Expecially, for LG phone, it's really hard to find a shop to fix with good price (you can find the price on their website).

Unlikely, with the other place only offer few weeks or months warranty, this shop offer 2yrs warranty.

On the website, it is saying that screen fixing is taking 30-40mins, however, somtimes it's taking bit longer than that. About 2hrs. (at least my case and I understand why it took a bit longer than expected)

Very efficient and friendly staff, I got my mate20pro battery replace here and really satisfied.

This week my iPad battery which was replaced a year ago was behaving strangely so I dropped into Screen Fixed for a diagnosis. Jeremiah did some analysis and determined battery to be faulty, replaced the battery and reinstated the warranty. All work performed very professionally. It seems that the battery problem was very non typical. I continue to be very impressed with Screen Fixed. Original post from last year follows.

Ben at Screen Fixed, Melbourne, replaced my iPad Air 2 battery. The job was done in a little over an hour and this difficult work was done to a very high standard.

Great little store that also have some cute mobile cases available. The guy that served me was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me a sense of trust! He popped a screen protector on my Samsung and explained to me the differences between the types available on the market. Also very reasonable pricing!

Had my Pixel 4a screen repaired here. Best price in town, repair done within the hour. No complaints.

Long overdue review. Started off great, the guys that run the place were fantastic, however after the actual repair was done that's when things fell over. Had the camera glass on my s10+ fixed, then noticed the phone was not sealed properly. Had to bring it back in for them to fix. Got it home and noticed, yet again, it was not sealed. This happened about 3 or 4 times before they just ghosted me telling me to come into the store on a particular day only to find it was closed. I travelled to and from the shop about 5 times and still have a phone that lets water and dust in. Not to mention that now if you press the phone firmly when listening via Bluetooth it cuts out completely. So a simple camera glass fix left me with an unsealed phone that can't be used for bluetooth when it's even in your pocket. I guess the lesson is, don't skimp on phone repairs.
