Disappointing and i’d steer clear from Scouted Recruitment. The consultant I was working with was quick to “ghost” me after several attempts to follow-up via multiple platforms. The MD also did not return my calls after leaving a voicemail.
Please have the decency, courtesy and respect to let your candidates know what the hell is going on and do not approach candidates if you’re only going to waste their time.
