It was my worst experience in Melb. Printing just small 30 pages booklet took forever. More than 9 hours.i even had to wait in the store about 2 hours. Also they didnt tell me in advance about the space issues regarding staple so my booklet cover is super ugly now with white space left and right. They printed my book three times.they were so kind and nice but unprofessional.i'm so unsatisfied with this service and wanna print it again in another shop.

I'm kind of shocked with the bad reviews. I've come here for years for all my business printing and they're the best! Great prices, often charging less than more, they know their stuff and think ahead to your needs to help out, they are great with turnaround time!

I have always been using the self-service (super efficient) but there was sth wrong with my file today so I had to ask for help. The staff assisted me right away with great patience and persistence! Just wanna say a BIG thank you!
Highly recommend this store to everyone, especially students. The membership card is really valuable, (much cheaper than printunimelb) oh and the paper quality here is awesome as well!

I've had a few dress making patterns printed to A0 vellum here and have always had great results. The scale is spot on! Professional and pleasant staff. Ink does not rub off and vellum is long lasting.

During my last visit Jamie was very patient and helpful, I had to coordinate a few drawings at the store and he did not make me feel uncomfortable doing so. Thank you!

The staff were so helpful and patient to my printing requests. There were some issues with transparency (my mistake) and they happily helped correct the mistake and re-bind the book for me. Highly recommended. Being able to bring your usb and instruct the staff is person is also a plus. Instead of having to email files and instructions.

I really liked the way these guys work! It's fast and reliable. They are well organised. Another thing that I found very helpful is that these guys already know what are the best settings for your work. For instance, if you're not quite sure where to start from, they will give you advise and tell you what's the best paper quality according to your budget or the University/work requirements. Not to mention the nice discounts you can get as a student. This is perhaps one of the best things, cuz as a student I've got to print tons of stuff every semester and this have helped me to save lots of money! I'll give them 5 starts no doubt!

The staff are NOT HONEST, they charge you a lot more after they claimed the price, but you get to deal with it because you need your work and document. There are also NOT MUCH CARE on the work, probably the reason why there is always not much people in the store. Bad experience and impression on these dishonest behavior.

Great service, quality results at a good price. I always go for the membership cards to save on regular printing jobs.

Their service is great! Very patient and helpful. I got a mistake to fix after they already binded my thesis, but the staff there did his best (including calming me down). I guess it is the best a customer can ask for before the terrifying ddl.

Bad quality prints while being very expensive. Blurred text, bleeding ink, they still have the audacity to charge for those completely ruined pages.
