Could not recommend Scott Legal highly enough! We used Leanne and her team to draft up legal Terms and Conditions for our business quotes/contracts. They were always very professional and communicated promptly. We were given a quote on cost and this was upheld once the T&C's had been completed - no hidden fees or add ons. Once the T&C's were done, Leanne organized a meeting and took the time to go through everything and explain it in a way we were able to understand. Very happy with the final product and we can relax now we have a solid set of T&C's to cover us.

We dealt with Leanne and Georgia. Both were wonderful and took the time to listen to our needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Incompetent (no legal expertise), Unprofessional (blocks your mail, doesn't respond timely causing delays to submit details to the court), charges you for mails, calls done to go over same details, messages and other redundant tasks, taking money from you and talking for the other party are a few traits of how Scott Legal work.

I regret choosing Scott Legal for my litigation which resulted in additional stress, monetary losses and almost losing my strong case. Ended up choosing another lawyer. Leanne Scott from Scott Legal is incompetent and unprofessional. She sent orders to court without informing me. She delayed key details to be sent to the court consistently. She wrote a letter to me explaining the same details we went over during mediation and charged me again for that. She deliberately brought in a valuer and charged exorbitant money just doing postmaster duties of sending my mails to the valuer and vice versa. Please be prepared to send her mails, explain the same details over call and be ready to get billed for these duplicate efforts along with other charges where things could have been completed sooner and effectively.

Litigations are already stressful situations, so my advice for you is to choose anyone else rather than Scott Legal if you want to win your case or get things done correctly.

Ok, listen up, those that know me, know I say it as it is. Leanne and her team are amazing.highly skilled and professional. Look no further. You will not be dissapointed.

We were looking to establish a trucking company in Lakeland, Florida and on the recommendation of a friend who got through his E2 visa application process in record time was directed to contact Ian Scott of Scott’s Legal, P. C. He and his team had the knowledge and expertise that we needed to guide us through this process. We each had to fill out some questionnaires with all the pertinent information in order for them to use as a guide in preparing the files.
We were so prepared for the interview that on the day the immigration officer only asked two questions which were really for clarification purposes. We were given the maximum 5 years allowed under the E2 Visa status.
We would definitely recommend Ian Scott and his team to anyone requiring this type of service. He will always be our forever immigration lawyer.
