Great range of meats but it would be great to see less dependence on single use plastic. I brought my own container today and the guy serving me used a plastic bag to put my meat in my container, then threw the bag in the big. An easy solution would be to use tongs for the individual meats and wash / replace with clean ones periodically throughout the day. Just a thought…
Fantastic quality meat and excellent service. I refuse to buy meat from the supermarket any more because it's tough and flavourless. It's worth the price to get something that is restaurant quality.
Such friendly and helpful butchers, they were happy to vacuum seal some meat for me as I mentioned I’d be freezing it. I have been very impressed with everything I’ve bought from these guys, they also have some of the best sausages I’ve ever had!:)

Generally good quality meat, except for some extremely tough porterhouse steaks we got one time. There only downfall is there price. Very, very expensive. I can get the same quality meat at metro meats at a far cheaper price per kg on average.
Live in the Western Suburbs but always make sure to stop here when over this side of the city. Best quality meat
