Scoresby Thai Restaurant

We requested extra hot for 2 Pad Thai and mild for the third Pad Thai. All the dishes were so sweet with no flavours. No where near Pad Thai. No cutlery no signs of vegetarian or non vegetarian. My whole family was disappointed. I generally go to other Thai restaurant and wanted to give to close on but now regret it.

Close to home and delicious food, have ordered a few times now and eaten in a couple of times prior to Covid

Not that great Thai restaurant in the town. Food was okay to taste but did not feel like a authentic. Customer service was perfect.

Wasn't inedible.

My pad kee mao & wife's pad see ew tasted EXACTLY the same.

Very little protein in both.

Order instructions not addressed or ignored. Asked for extra chili & basil.

We had a fabulous dinner. The prawn salad was full of plump prawns covered in a tasty sauce. We also had panang chicken and the beef dush was tender. Roti and satayvsauce was also delicious. Service was great and wsiter was very efficient and friendly.

Got delivery through uber, had 2 little shrimps and and quarter fillet of a bassa fish, few veg piece for seafood Tom yum.broth is not bad.not authentic.paste +water
No consistent on other meals as well please Scoresby Thai Customer s r not expecting a massive meal but do it for value for money.consider ur potion size and what goes in.

Pad thai was dry, no sauce, nothing but noodles without much flavour and some pieces of chicken. Fried rice was better, but still not good. Worst thai i have had.
Wife had massaman curry, hottest (spicy) she's ever had, but tasty!
Maybe there are 2 chefs - 1 good, 1 bad

One of the few restaurants open on a Monday. My friend & I were pleasantly surprised by the great service & authentic food. Thai flavours in abundance, and a great range of dishes. Highly recommended

First time at Scoresby Thai and it won't be my last. Food is absolutely amazing and authentic, full of flavours and tasted so fresh. Service was brilliant and very friendly. If you're looking for good Thai food then Scoresby Thai is definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely rubbish service. My contactless payment didn't go through. As I walked out the store lady rushed out the door to let me know. I went back to pay. Lady kept screaming at me in front of other customers. Even after I said sorry for walking out, as I thought payment went through.

I do regular order via menulog and pay online. This time I ordered on phone as the same lady urged me to.

Never again. A complete piss poor customer service of a returning customer. If there is a mistake there is way to communicate it. Screaming won't help you when you need locals support. Good luck.

I don’t recommend this restaurant. I ordered a few dishes and when they arrived they were well under the standard portions. I rang the restaurant and they offered no help. Only a sorry and the lady hung up on me.

Erm strange experience when we walked in at 4.35pm and the restaurant was not fully operating yet though it stated it opens at 4.30. First impression - when we were going in, 2 persons dressed in decorative colourful outfits came out, looked at us and then looked away (not sure if they were staffs of the place since the restaurant wasnt tending to any customers yet)

When we went in, there was no one, and a person in the kitchen just simply shook his head and then just went away. Not sure if the food is good or service is good, but def we didnt feel welcomed for us to be back to try

Never again. Ruined my mothers day dinner. Very unprofessional. Total chaos. Cancelled after waiting for 2 hours.

Totally fabulous beef massaman curry and the vegetarian green curry was just perfect.

A beyond disgraceful experience with this unprofessional business. Do not advertise on Uber Eats [UE] that delivery is 25-35 minutes when it’s not even close to the truth. 80 minutes after placing the order we had to dial your number 4 times before you actually answered. Flustered, you didn’t stop talking the whole time and listen to anything we were asking. We asked what was happening with our order as the UE driver had been waiting 45 minutes already, and the estimated delivery time span had well and truly passed. Without even asking our order name, you rattled off that you would make it now and not to worry. You said that you were really busy. You continued to speak over us and not even listen to anything we asked. We finally ended up cancelling our order via UE and feel sorry for the poor driver who sat around for that exorbitant amount of time. We placed an order with another local Thai restaurant and had our order delivered within half an hour. We’re fairly confident that we would have finished our meal from the new restaurant by the time yours even arrived.if ever. This was meant to be an enjoyable end to my Mother’s Day and you’ve severely disappointed us and we will never, ever be returning. If you want a terrible experience with zero customer service and no food to be seen, order from here!

Saturday night ordered for dinner red curry, green curry and coconut rice. Very small serves not much chicken and watery.rice container not even full. Over priced for what you get. KNOXFIELD THAI next time!
This meal was very disappointing. Wont be ordering again!

Food tasted fine but service was slow. Went in to pick up an order and arrived at the time they suggested but upon arrival they told me it would be another 20 minutes. When I got my order they messed it up so I had to go back in. Just stick to Limeleaf in Mountain Gate!

Had dinner delivered tonight. Pretty disappointing. The containers of rice were not filled to the top, the pad thai had nothing in it but noodles and a small amount of chicken. The massaman curry had a nice taste and tender beef but practically no vegetables in it at all. Also very little peanut sauce was supplied with the roti. Would probably not order again as there are better offerings within delivery distance.

This is my local go to restaurant, my mum & I eat in for all our special occasions (when she visits) & sometimes just because. The staff are always so friendly & helpful, food never disappoints & it is always good value. Love this place.
