Huge thank you to these guys, in particular Miguel, for allowing me to bring my bike here today and restore my heavily rusted chain. After a terrible winter and having no real way of maintaining it myself, it was in a really bad state. Miguel was nothing but helpful and got me set up with everything I needed to get the job done. The service I've received from Scooterama since purchasing my bike from them back in 2019 has always been amazing and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Just picked up my Honda Rebel 500 from them and was served quickly and fantastically by Max. He took the time to explain the features to me and how to break it in before I took it home.

The experience can’t be any better. I’ve been with them for over a year now, buying best priced bike gear for me and my gf, and now, also getting accessories fitted to me new Hayabusa gen 3 -seat cowl, phone charger and holder. They did the same for my Gen2 Busa, and servicing my mates motorbikes-ones who recommended me this shop.
Not to forget, always smiling, going out of the way to help-they’re open on Saturday’s too for their customers. Can’t thank them more, coz I work Monday-Friday

Great service as always, especially during lockdown. I unfortunately broke my scooter key while I was opening my top case, with half of the key stuck in the lock. They helped me out and managed to get the key out, without even charging me which I thought was very nice. Great service and great people!

Normally pretty liable and good guys to deal with - but disappointed last few times.
Last service was told I needed new tires which was 6 months ago and said they would contact me when new stock arrives. They did not contact me.

Called 3 weeks ago looking for an update and they said that tires available very soon for me and would call me that week to book a time. Again. 3 weeks later and no contact. How hard is it to get new tires on my bike?

EDIT: owner Patrick gave took the time out to give me a call regarding the situation regarding spare parts and the effect covid had on this process. Appreciate the time taken from him to call back and explain things over

I dropped in impulsively for an electric scooter for home/local use.
Excellent and friendly service provided by the team.
They hooked me up with a Segway Ninebot electric scooter at a very reasonable price which they put together for me in a flash.
I was driving away with the scooter in my boot inside half an hour.
The scooter is awesome and fits my needs perfectly.

I had few times scooter service here and I don’t know much about bikes but they explained very well what is the issue. Very happy definitely I will go back and reasonable price too. Highly recommend.

Was in desperate need of an iPhone holder for my Vespa. Stopped at lights and saw this shop so I walked in to see if they had any. Member of staff said they do and would kindly knock off the labour charge by the mechanic (Sebastián) for fitting it!

This company was super friendly and understanding for a first time buyer. They helped me with all of my questions, didn’t pressure me at all and were 100% honest. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a new bike!

Worst. Worst. Worst service centre in Melbourne. I was asked to change the battery which I changed 2 days before I gave my bike to them for repair. I showed them the invoice of battery then they changed their reason and said it is some other problem. It happened repeatedly and overcharged me with $500 and I crossed checked it with some other mechanic. They rip you off like anything. My total bill was around $900. After spending so much my bike stopped on the way to home from the garage. I had to push it back to the garage for 3kms. Please, guys, save your money. They will offer you half price for servicing but later they will rip you off!

Motorcycle ran bad after a carburetor "synchronisation".

Although they fixed some problems with my motorcycle.

Really nice place. I'm new to owning a scooter, but they've helped me get up and going, and don't mind answering naive questions.
