I drove our 14yr old to Malvern last week so they could check out a particular pro-scooter to purchase. Jonah was exceptional. He promptly offered assistance and without bias he listened to what we were looking for and offered knowledge and suggestions that aligned with the information provided. Luke offered further confirmation that we were in good hands. Jonah built the scooter we purchased, while explaining to 14yr old how and why to care for their ride. The whole experience was super positive. I highly recommend the Malvern East store for enquires, assistance and in person purchases. PS Kid's stoked with their new ride! Cheers dudes:)

Absolutely brilliant business and ultimately awesome customer service.
Was looking for a simple 90° valve stem for my scooter to replace the valve stem and pump up the tyre and everywhere around and all over Melbourne Victoria I had no luck! This place came through with the goods. Jonah was exceptionally helpful with unbelievable customer service skills and a huge help on floor stock. I highly recommend anyone that's needing spare parts or a service or to purchase a scooter In general. Check out this place first.

The staff at scooter hut, Baxter and Jonah, were unbelievably helpful. They willingly gave their time to “diagnose” my daughter’s scooter’s problem and then repaired it for me. They were well informed about all their scooter stock and explained the types of scooters that would suit my daughter for when we want to buy our next scooter.

Not sure the name of the fella who helped me. He said he drove a GTI.

Somewhat helpful what have liked them to have stocked the charger I wanted
Sometimes they have one sometimes they don't
And no information when the shop will hold one in stock
On the bright side nice scooters in stock wolf warriors hard to get better than this scooter
For the experienced rider
Not really a beginners scooter
Bit expensive for a first scooter
To learn on other ones there more suited to that.

This is my second scooter I have purchased at the Malvern store - I went back as they were so helpful the first time (more than a year ago). I wasn’t planning to upgrade my scooter but both Daniel and Tom were so helpful that in the end that is what I did! Not a scrap of attitude at all (I am just a smidge older than most riders and had plenty of questions)! I cannot wait to try my new long range InMotion on the weekend. Thanks so much for the great service!

Daniel was very helpful and kind, hard working man and very friendly, while working on my scooter he wasn’t scared to have a chat, top bloke!

Went here on a Saturday a few months back. The lady who approached us was rude and unhelpful, didn’t seem to know how to upsell even though I was willing to spend. Ended up walking out empty handed and won’t return.
