Daniel was amazing. He went through the two models we were looking at and gave us the pros and cons of both models. He wasn’t pushy and let us make our decision in our own time. He showed us everything we would need from locks to helmets.

You can never trust just reading reviews and watching videos. It’s always good to go and speak to a professional. Daniel gave me a couple of options, and even allowed me to test ride the one I hadn’t heard of. Knowing that my scooter is also serviceable at this store gives me some peace of mind that I can pop in when I need to. Also helped me sort out a helmet for my larger than normal head. So glad I went to the store.

Happy with the two scooters we purchased and then the service (free of charge) we received a few months afterwards to rectify a small problem with one of them.

From the moment I spoke to the first staff member to the conclusion of the transaction, the entire experience was excellent. Every staff member spoke with respect and professionalism and you could hear a sense of pride and joy in their voice when they spoke about the product options. When I arrived, based on my requirements, I was presented with three viable options within the expected price range.
After being given the opportunity to try them in the car park, I made a decision and have been very happy with it since.
The location of the shop is excellent, the cleanliness and professionalism of the layout and the entire operation is one they should be proud of.

Kaabo Wolf Gt series
My son purchased scooter before 16th bday which was 1st week September 2023 after working long hard hours as apprentice carpenter saved hard purchased this scooter only to have error code reading day 1 being

26th August 2023 scooter purchased

Within 3 weeks hydraulic oilcap fell.down as shown in photos & oil spilled out all over the brakes inside wheel hub cables bolts making it dangerous to ride.

18th September 2023 scooter taken

into store after being told it would be replaced only to be told it needs to be assesed by technician. I Wrote that no repairs to be carried out as we wanted replacement. No communication from store.
26th October 2023 Scooter sent to my neighbours house where we unboxed in front of security cameras only to see damaged repairs not completed to make scooter safe. Bolts missing, brackets missing that hold handle bars to frame with all bolts nuts missing wheel cap missing. Oil all over alleged suspension replacement down onto all bolts in wheel housing, brakes effected by built up.oil not cleaned.cables broken, damaged headlights deep scratches on display screen display deep scratches all over scooter that was purchased brand new & kept in his room wiped down after every ride out. Carpet in bedroom covered in oil from leaking oil from suspension.suspension major safety issue not repaired unsafe
Telling a teenager you have a team of lawyers he we will not be getting a replacment is fear mongering
Told by Tiana that parts will be taken off another scooter that the store has misplaced, As they have second hand repaired scooters they hire out.
Shaun Gregory stated in email my son & i would need to put scooter together once all the missing bolts brackets nuts were removed from another scooter in store & sent out to us.

Tiana stated scooter will not be replaced only repaired & abruptly hung up on me as i am part of the conversation i am entitled to record my conversations with everyone ive spoken to unless otherwise made aware by letting me know. Tom & Steph were the only ones who showed genuine empathy & were courteous towards myself over the phone.
Tiana was frustruted when it was my son & i who were the ones being told conflicting stories being spoken to with disregard, spoken down to spoken over then just hung up stating Tiana that she lives in WA & it is 9am there & 1pm in vic attempting to make it my problem when weve enough on our plates already.

This scooter did not do what it promised it would causing a major issue deemig the scooter unsafe unridable, dangerous to my sons life now making the repairs unsafe & my son is afraid of taking this scooter out due to the ill repaired scooter making it dangerous to his life when brakes will fail due to the amount of oil siting in the wheel.housing all over the brakes wheels nuts bolts cables.

My son now wants a complete refund & please send someone out to pick up this damaged scooter that is not safe & the original defects not repaired properly.
If we had of known about these issues he never would of purchased the scooter.

You were made aware of the problem within 3 weeks of purchase date. As shown in original photos taken prior to being told by Mossimo & Shaun Gregory to leave it at the store to be assessed by technician prior to being given a replacement scooter, photo included without all the damage caused in store when left to be asssessed,
No Repairs to be carried out & let me know what is wrong with the scooter as i want a replacement back on 18th september 2023 as i stated signing paperwork in store as shown in photos taken on 18th September 2023 at 5pm in store.

Now my son wants a refund & an apology for the way he has been treated as this has effected his mental health that he needs to see a physcholgist after all he has been subjected to with this scooter & the way he has been treated by your staff within scooter hut especially after his car accident several weeks ago that has made my 16 yr old suffer great distress causing PTSD thru actions taken by scooter hut employees.

I came into the store on Wednesday 12pm, to drop off my Ninebot G30 Max - In need of a tyre repair, I was met with Massimo, the store manager who was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable about the stores products, I knew my scooter was in the right hands. I left it there with the expectation to pick it up in a few days (like other scooter repair shops) to my surprise, I got a message at 3: 30pm that it was ready for pickup (that SAME day, 3.5hrs later!)
Fast, Informative, and reliable service. I know where I’ll be be when I need another repair. Thank you Massimo and team!

Scooter Hut consistently offer excellent service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -
In conjunction with excellent customer care,
the staff @ Scooter hut go above and beyond the requirements of their employment. They are always friendly & assist with the purchase of the most appropriate scooter and tweak any issues that may occur over time.
I have bought several scooters from there and have only ever had outstanding service

Warning guys do not buy a scooter from this place mine has been in for repairs constantly. Was still under warranty not one time I was constantly being charged for issue within the scooter always made excuse and they make up there own prices. Do not buy anything from the fairfield store and I gotvmy scooter back then 1 week later it's broken again. Joke of a place no customer service there happy to sell it at the beginning but once they take your money good luck if u have issues no help no support. Just after more money.

Needing a part that has taken me months to find (ebay, websites, wrong sizes, etc). One phone call to Tom from Scooter Hut and within the hour, it is in the post. He was professional, informed, efficient and friendly. Would always come here before trying anywhere else! Thank you Tom!

If your looking for quality customer satisfaction head down & see Mossimo at the Fairfield store, wether it's for a new purchase, maintenance & repairs or even a general enquiry you can garuntee Mossimo will make you want to keep returning to their store.
I am in Mornington (much closer to the Malvern store) & I still travel to Fairfield, not because the Malvern store is bad or anything but because the level of productivity & customer service from Mossimo & team far exceed those of Malvern scooter hut & any other related store for that matter.
