Scoopy - Glen Waverley

Came here with a friend on valentines and the service was so speedy! Ray was so lovely taking our polaroids and giving us flowers <3 lovely atmosphere and can’t wait to go again

The system before was good and now it is so bad. Shouldve required customers to sit at a table first before ordering. The current system makes customers line up for nothing if there is no table to sit on.

Everything was pretty much perfect.

My only criticism would be that during the periods when it's busy it gets very loud and you can barely hear the person sitting in front of you and vice versa, so can't really chill, sit down and converse, you can only enjoy the eating part. Which isn't a big deal.

But product, service, cleanliness and everything related to the service and food was great!

Always love the bingsu at Scoopy! The flavours are great and is a definite must visit when you’re in Glenny.

If you've just indulged in a delicious Korean BBQ nearby, this bingsu dessert place is the perfect spot to finish the day. However, please note that for families with strollers or prams, you will need to fold them as the shop is located on the 2nd storey, and access is only provided through the stairs.

Consistently good bingsu with a number of stores across Melbourne. We like that they have a variety of sizes including the small single serve.

There is a large upstairs dine in area with warm heaters for all seasons.

Just young ages are like the place but i and my friends are just drink dessert with noise area! Taste not good and not bad just that what I expected taste

I do like their desserts, taro is my favorite, it is slightly pricey but once in a while is okay. Being upstairs it kinda makes it difficult to put your name down and leave as people usually line up on the stairs.
But otherwise service is usually friendly and product is good.

Scoopy is always consistently a great dessert spot!

There are lots of seats, and I find that the space usually open up very quickly. Love that you can join the line via the QR code, and get notified when it’s almost your turn. That way you could go for a walk or something while you wait.

Only thing I’d take 1 star off for would be the acoustics. The echoing is pretty bad since the walls and doors are hard, there are only mirror decorations which bounce all the sounds around.

This place will always be my favourite dessert place! Extremely kind staff, clean and a welcoming atmosphere. Bingsu is consistently delicious and presentation amazing.

First time and it was unexpectedly deliciously gooood! The ice melts like snow but the flavours were bursting like you are eating the real fruit.

They've implemented a waiting list because of how busy it gets. Picture perfect desserts every visit, and the taste to match. I recommend the taro, thai milk tea and hojicha flavours. Grab the friend's size if sharing between one other person. Big plus that we don't have to travel to the CBD to enjoy scoopy no more!

Delicious korean-style shaved ice dessert are served here. We ordered hojicha, mango and taro. Each one was delicious and just right in terms of sweetness. We also asked for the condensed milk to be on a separate plate so we could control the level of sweetness. If you're looking for a cold, refreshing and light dessert, try this!

The wait times are not as long as suggested which is nice. The portions are quite small for the price. But still a great dessert!

They have a waitlist for when it's super busy, I hope they expand soon because they do really good shaved ice.
I've been to both locations and they both do a really good job.

Was really impressed by the queuing and ordering system- QR codes for both, no need to jostle for a table; they send you a text when your table is ready, and when your seated, you order via your phone. Not my usual type of dessert but I loved it - the taro dessert reminded me of Phillipino ube ice cream. Quite the vibe upstairs too, especially on a Saturday night!

I attended with my Italian friend, and my goodness the ice was supreme. Highly recommend, better than 7/11 servo ice

Always a lovely dessert place if you go at the right time. We went a little after 7 so the place was not packed yet, always a popular choice for all ages.
I feel like the price has definitely increased from what it was in the city, as the small size is most definitely not value for money, but nonetheless still tasty. It is still nice to have three different sizing options, and loving that they keep bringing out new flavors

Absolutely delicious. Tried the taro and honeydew and was blown away. Will be back to try the other flavours.
