Schwob's Swiss Bakery

Such a shame to read bad reviews as it was my grandparents who started this iconic business. People would travel for miles to Schwobs Swiss Bakery in Chapel Street for there product. I'm totally grateful to have experienced the early morning starts with my grandma. Helping in the shop and serving all the grateful customers. Thanks Grandpa & Grandma.xxxx

Dense, dry and no dark rye flavour. Cracks inside loaf slices and sides dried on interior.

The product is inconsistency. The burger milk bun shape look worst than cheap bread roll.
They have my shop's key, however 2 time in the road my order was left on the floor outside of the shop in front of the door. You can't train your staff bacis food hygiene?
The bread trays stucked like mountain the delivery man never pick up
The weather was raining when they left bread on floor outside the shop

Another time my order has been delivered to another store. I have to call few time for operation. There is no one answer the call or call back.
Look like they don't care about their business. Unprofessional and poor service.
