Ordered an item online that did not turn up quite how i expected, however their service cannot be faulted, my query was responded to very quickly and pleasantly by Nathan and Suzanne. I also received the refund just as promptly. Will definitely shop here again, thanks guys!

I had an issue with a bathroom basin and the team at Schots was fantastic in getting it replaced. The replacement was promptly organised and their installer removed the old basin & installed the new one taking great care not to damage the benchtop.

I rang the offices on Saturday, spoke to Roo and the next day I bought one of their Chiminea's.

Fantastic service and such a lovely range of furtniture.

Thank you for all the support and I will be sure to visit again.

Ethyl in lighting got me out of a pickle just before Christmas after I managed to damage our Odeon chandelier! She was clearly very busy but helped me out, placed an order with a supplier, took my payment and even called me back to make sure I received my receipt after we'd changed my email address on my profile! It’s been a super stressful time to try and renovate our humble abode and supply issues have been rather frustrating for us and for everyone in the world of customer service but I just wanted to say a big thanks to Tori from lighting: she was so knowledgeable and really kind and patient. I went to the store today to get a new handle and backplate for our door. Unfortunately, those that might have matched would've taken too long to get to us and the need was more immediate. Therefore we decided to fix the existing handle. Oscar was very accommodating and managed to fix it. Nothing was too much trouble for him and provided us an interim solution until we decide to change the complete system.

So So So helpful and friendly. This time everything was done over the phone and nothing was too difficult. Thanks heaps!

I shopped with Schots online. The delivery was abit slow but that was kinda expected, especially considering that I live in Coffs Harbour NSW and the furniture was coming from the Clifton Hill store in Melbourne.
I purchased 3 marble and cast iron outdoor console tables. OMG they are awesome! I'm so happy with the quality! It was worth the wait!

Called over the weekend for some advice on door handles. I spoke with Oscar and he was very helpful - down to earth service and great product knowledge. Very impressed!

Low on some stock but good old covid. Found something that was suitable. Had to order some things straight from the factory, will be shipped to me. Prices are in very small letterings, almost need glasses to read them.

I was served by Ethel. I needed help with spare parts for my cast iron fire place. Ethel was outstanding and extremely helpful. I look forward to the next time I might need to shop at Schots and hopefully be assisted by Ethel.

We visited Schotts (Clifton Hill) recently for gas heater advice & from the time we first made contact in store, with Ethel, she went out of her way to make sure we had a solution for our retro-fit fireplace installation, quoted us, & then we ultimately received everything we needed.
Ethel was exetremely pleasant, good humoured, knowledgeable & thorough, & double checked all our items at pick-up to make sure they were the correct ones.

Knock Knock. Who's there? - Amazing customer service. Wow.where do I start!? I have never experienced customer service quite like I have at Schots in Clifton Hill. I recently visited for the first time in desperate need of some escutcheon's. I was in a mad rush and wasn't sure where to look until I was greeted by the lovely Nicole who showed me the way. She was very informative about the product and guided me through the whole process! I left with not only my escutcheon's but also a new lease on life. Thank you Schots and thank you Nicole! I'll definitely be back to check out the rest of your range.
