Pauline is disrespectful, very rude staff (or manager) who yells. My (fixed! By them) shoes are not wearable anymore! And they don’t take responsibility

Worst customer service I took my garage remote to have the battery replaced I reprogram the remote and it still did not work bought a new remote elsewhere garage door works fine I rang the Knox City store and explain this to Pauline who was rude and arrogant and swore at me and told me never to come back to her shop again when I told her I was not happy that the fact that the original battery may not have been flat and may have been the actual remote that was faulty but still charged me would not refund me and was very rude about the whole situation. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on her attitude.

I repaired my watch from them and some Nepal girl was very disrespectful and not responsive and she took 2 weeks to repair my watch I will never recoment to anyone

Get my shoes heels repaired. Work done nicely. However when I quote a price for replace watch battery and warranty time, the lady serviced me need to make a comments like "we use Japanese battery, not those Chinese one", which is bit odd. In this area there are so many Chinese Asian communities, and I believe the lady is also from other backgrounds. Unfortunately the "Japanese battery" I replaced with the same shop not last long, that's the reason I quote for the price and warranty time.

Price might seem expensive, but the quality of work and reponsiveness of the staff is very much worth it. Very kind and professional staff. Would go there again!

Took my watch in for battry replacement.girl there was very friendly, quick and charged me 22.95 for my gucci watch.it is reasonable and she cleaned the scuff mark on my band without any additional charges.she deserves full 5 star for being such a quick and polished service. Highly recommended.she seems lovely.

I went there to get my keys made, they did it great and the staff there is kind and dealt with me very nicely!

I paid $28.95 for my Gucci watch battry which was ok. Not expensive. I went to other store around corner they quoted me 55.
I don't believe this shop is rip off.

I went in to get my Dad's watch battery replaced on 15th March. The lady at the kiosk was fast asleep. I had to wake her up to ask to be served.
She was lovely at the start. Whilst she was replacing the battery i politely asked her if she could change the date on the watch as i didn't know how to do it. Her sarcastic response was "will you let me do my job? ". She was extremely rude. I said to her that i didn't understand why she had to be rude when all she had to say was that she would do or she couldn't do it for me. She started verbally abusing me very loudly and went off at me. She was loud enough for people passing by to stop and listen to what was happening. She said i was the worst customer she has ever dealt with and threatened to call Security. She removed the new battery she had just replaced and threw the watch at me and told me to "get out and never come back". I was flabbergasted and didn't understand why she flew off the handle for a simple request. I felt so sad when i walked away from there because it was my Dads watch that she abused me for. I will never be going there again and don't recommend that shop to anyone. She was going to charge me $20 to replace a battery, I went into another shop at the Glen and they replaced the battery for $10. So i guess i came out winning in the end. This lady should be trying her best to attract customers but instead she just got mad at me probably because i woke her up from her nap.

Really would recommend this place. The staff here is friendly and helpfull. Never had a bad experinece here so I would recommend this place to people.

I have been going there few times for repairing my car keys. Quality service is very professional. Staff are also very polity, friendly as Well as always eager to help if necessary. I would really like to recommend this shop.

$40 to get a new watch battery and key cut. The battery lasted 6.5 months, and the key doesn't work. Judging by other reviews, there's zero point in trying to resolve the situation. Will not be going back.

I just had my watch battery changed there, and it cost me like $35!
I normally change the battery like $10, I mean they charged me 3.5 times more.
That's kinda ripping off, and it's absolutely ridiculous

Got my leather shoes resoled. Exceptional service and good quality work. The soles are nice and comfy and they gave the shoe a clean. Will be coming back in future

Awful awful Experience.
Shop owner Pauline can turn at the flick of a switch. She seemed lovely to start but then turned into such a nasty person.
Do not recommend!
If you get your keys cut, don't expect them to work and don't expect a refund for keys that don't work!
