They always add 15% addintion charge on public holdays why we should pay extra money on this hard time it's not fair and I'm not happy and it's not the first time he it the only shop at the shoping center

The food is just about faultless, and the best you will get from a Schnitz anywhere.
My only grumble, is the service from the staff can be a little hit and miss.
That solely depends on when you are there.

Perfectly yummy cooked food clean restaurant and service by staff is ok better than before.

The Parma was just warm, the chips where the only thing on the plate that was hot!
The last time I where there was about 6 months ago nothing's changed. Apart from they charge more now!

Register Staff never seem interested in their job, with no customer service.but food comes quick, fresh and fast so that's a plus.

Absolute worst restaurant in the Plaza. The staff have all gone down hill since working there.

Since I worked there, management has been replaced, and so has the quality of the meat and products used. The chicken is now so thin, that it burns super easily.

The burger/wrap makers have been known to not use gloves whilst prepping, which in this pandemic, is extremely unsafe.

Poor hygiene. Tables are almost always dirty or unsanitary, there is nearly always rubbish on the floor, as staff don't care to clean it.

Every since the franchisee owners bought the place it has gone ridiculously down hill.

Food comes nice and hot whenever I go in, although Schnitzels need to be cooked a bit longer as I’ve seen some pink in the chicken
But I really like to come here for some lunch

We ordered take away and once home, I went to eat my Basic Instinct burger. The top burger roll was torn on one side, the schnitzel was burnt black and torn and crushed in the middle and the lettuce was brown and starting to rot, plus the burger roll was toasted almost black. Half the fries were burned black also. Absolutely disgusting.

Went here at around 5: 45, service was great and super quick. I got the plant based swiss burger and it was delicious. Will definitely be coming back:)

We were waited so long to get our order. And there were no space for dining and the staff let us to move from our seats for another set of customers. Not happy about the service

I saw a Asian man with glasses at the counter taking a order mean that he was touching things, with waring plastic glove and moved to the kitchen and preparing and touching food. Not! Not a acceptable mate! You guys need to learn how to handle food first. Never go again especially still corona virus going around.

Oh I am feeling so sad to write that I just didn't like the food here. Cold and not tasty at all. Other centres I have tried are much better.
Seems like either the staff was in a hurry or hungry themselves that they prepared the food in a hurry and served us cold. Not worth spending a penny at this centre again.

Charged a 15% ‘public holiday surcharge’ on Saturday April 16. Part of the Easter weekend yes. But not a public holiday.

I recommend not to visit schnitz cranbourne shopping centre, food quality is very poor and you have wait more than other restaurants for your food. Food doesn’t worth money and wait time.

The staff are always friendly but a 15 minute wait for a mini burger with bacon and lettuce, should not take that long at 7pm. I think they forgot about it as it wasn't that hot either.

I love Schnitz but this place is a rort. Ordered extra large chips, a wrap, a burger, and three sauces. We open up the box of chips and they've filled it less than half way.you could actually see the paper lining of the box. The sauces were half filled- money saving tactic. I always order the same burger from here which is the status quo. They made the chicken into a parma and so there was a napolitana red sauce when there shouldn't have been. I HATE tomatoes so this was more than frustrating. What concerns me is that parents trust this place and where allergies are involved, negligence in food preparation can turn out for the worst.
We ordered as soon as they opened by the way and they were more concerned about their uber eats orders than actual patrons which was even more disappointing. We wanted to support a franchise run by Aussies but never again. Appalling service and food. Shame on you for running such a low quality franchise business.
