Schnitz

As I’m from the UK I’d never been to (or even heard of) a ‘Schnitz’ before and generally don’t normally head for a food court so I wasn’t expecting to give 5*s for atmosphere and service, it’s just a standard food court. However, their fries… OMG! These are hands down, THE BEST FRIES I have ever had before!

I also had the Schnitz burger with sautéed peppers & mushrooms which was pretty good - but I would definitely go out of my way to get me some of their fries again.

I have extensive allergies and the ladies at the counter were super helpful and lovely.
The food was fresh, amazing taste and it was ready in no time. Amazing food and amazing customer service, happily will come back in the near future. Thank you

After spending your lifes savings on an overpriced snack size meal, they then have the audacity to MAKE you pay for bottled water, instead of getting tap water. If you want a golden crumbed scam, go to Schnitz.

Schnitz sell snitzel and chips.
But dont give me a strawberry jam& ketchup. I don't think either of them is here

Good food. Highly recommend the chips. When ordering on the app, you have to go up and tell them that you ordered, which was confusing.

Good food but sometimes they have slow service and overcook. Prices are also on the higher side considering the quantity.

Crew member was legitimately sitting while he was on the clock with no shoes or socks on while playing with his feet, and proceeded to handle a bag of chips after touching his bare foot. And decided it was okay to to keep the same gloves on that he was touching his bare feet with when he went back to cook, absolutely putrid and appalling.

There was no shift manager on the floor when I asked to speak to one, also don’t care for a refund or replacement but management need to make sure things like this don’t happen.

If you want a Parma & Chips for $15.90 they'll ask what size chips. Make sure you say small chips. I asked for regular size chips and they charged me $17.10. Shouldn't regular be regular price!? Shady tactics. Also wait time was over 20 minutes. Didn't give me any cutlery and the Parma is really tiny.

Had a horrible experience this evening. I had ordered large meal including a box of family chips with the sauce. Upon realising that they had not initially included the sauce (which they should have), no matter, I return to ask about this and am met with an extremely arrogant worker (who had not even served me in the first place) accuse me of having already finished the sauce and asking for another. She said verbatim, “you must have finished the sauce and now coming back for another”. This is despite me collecting my order just 30 seconds prior in front of her and already waiting a long time for my order while the staff chatted away.
Not sure if staff have been trained in customer service here but it was extremely confronting and shocking and made an otherwise small issue bigger. Do better in training your staff to act with decency

Arrived just to be yelled at that they’re closed and not taking any more orders - no apologies, no explanation. It was 3pm and they were supposed to close at 7. Weird experience.

Ordered loaded schitnz but unfortunately, Schnitzel was burnt with bitter taste. Not the first time having this and returned to give it another try.probably will not return for another.hope it gets better for next customer.

Amazing customer service. The staff were very kind, and patient with me and my client.
As a disability support carer my client has particular needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Vegetarian Smash Avo Snitzel with Chips - big meal, too many chips for me but, the Snitzel was great!

Hawaiian Chicken Burger 10/10

Fresh and delicious. I liked how the one who prepared my burger smothered avocado on there instead of being stingy. The girl who took my order was attentive and repeated the order. Quality and standards both good.

The chicken inside the wrap was raw, I don’t know what the kitchen staff is doing but, they should check the chicken and give it out to the customers. Really sad about the service.: (

The person making the food was the slowest person I’ve ever seen she called a number out for 15 minutes straight before making anything

Authentic Schnitz. 1$ upgrade to add Sweet Potato Fries.

Located in a air conditioning food court with ample seating and nice spacious ambience with piped music.

Really enjoyed it. Decent price for a tasty parma and the chips were amazing. Even when they were packed our order didn’t take too long.

PS: Order #68. Forgot to add before. Good thing I wasn’t allergic to the added ingredients (carrot, beet root and cucumber). It would have been really bad if I was.
