Service wasn’t friendly. I have just joined a membership and received a free Nosh box. I showed the cashier but he kept saying I needed enough credit to get it. Cannot he read the text on my phone screen? Also it took so long to come my food as shown in the photo. But my free one not even coming. I have to asked another staff to check then it came in a few mins. I think I would not visit the store anymore. The store manager needs to work harder to bring back your customers.

Never eat here unless you want to wait 2 hours for your food and it too taste like donkey diq and that’s being kind

This is normally my go to spot for chips for my children on doordash asked for extra salt on the chips they came raw no salt and a hair in the chips had to throw them out disgusting won't order from here ever again

Ordered online waited and waited. Saw people who lined up to order get theirs long before us. Had to ask where the meals were staff bumbled around finally the meals after 35 minutes no apology. Chips were ok but the chicken was stone cold. Plenty of other food stalls at Westfield so will go to them in future.

Went out today on 26th Jan and order three burgers and a family fries. The burgers were soggy, cold and not properly heated. The fries were not even near family size with small quantity. They have put in a public holiday surcharge but not catering for it. Very poor service and never going to Schnitz again.

Absolutely missed the mark on customer service. The girl who took my order was rude, she kept rolling her eyes and didn’t smile once. I couldn’t even finish a word or sentence without her interrupting me and asking “anything else? ” She only got half of my name because she interrupted in the middle of that too. The food did take a while but it was fairly busy so I understand the wait time. Although both mine and my sisters orders were wrong and both orders were slammed down on the counter with barely any interactions from the staff. Love this place in other locations but quite disappointed with my experience here today.

Very poor customer service. The girl at the counter did not even smile or greet. I ordered burger and fries and was not even asked if I wanted a wrap or in a bun. The burgers were cold and did not even tasted as a Schnitz burger. Not happy and never recommending Schnitz to anyone.

Wrap was terribly made by one of the staff, sauces and oil were spread all over the paper inside out, can’t even hold it. Terrible terrible experience…

Food is okay, the burgers are nice and juicy, the fries are pretty good and the wrap is tasty.

The service is not up to the mark. They took around half an hour to prepare my order which was a small chips and tomato sauce. Do not recommend this place.

Loved the food. Perfectly seasoned at good prices. I practically lived on this whilst visiting Melbourne. You won't leave hungry or disappointed.

Not recommend at all!
Today I was there with my family for lunch, first of all we were waiting for food ages, and finally when we got it,
it was really disappointing, chicken schnitzel was raw, oily and it come in few pieces, looks like someone's leftover, and chips was soggy, and chicken wrap was with burnt chicken,
Just waste our time and money and no one of us didn't had good meal

If I could give the service at Geelong Schnitz a zero I would. The staff are rude, and have no concept of customer service.
I love Schnitz food but will not be returning to the Geelong store.

Got the loaded Hawaiian parma! So disappointed. The advertising is completely different from what I got. The pineapple wasn't fresh at all.

Poorly advertised and misleading promo regarding redemption of plain and simple burger. Poster indicated a free burger with orders above $3 but failed to mention a promo code was required. After order passed through staff informed that burger could not be given because it has already been paid for. Prior to making the purchase we asked staff about the deal and one after another had to ask another peer or senior member indicating a lack of understanding of the promo itself. The only answer we got was you just need to spend minimum $3. Schnitz really need to make these poster ads clearer for the public AND importantly for their staff. If staff can't understand promos how is the general public expected to?

I ordered my son an hawaiian parmigiana from poster on wall and it came with bbq sauce which we were not expecting. My special needs son can't eat bbq sauce so when I rang to complain the lady on other end was extremely rude. Being told we won't do anything and should learn he read the menu. Will not go there again

Went to Westfield Geelong for Dinner with my wife. She works in Westfield Geelong. Service was very slow. Over 40 minutes to get our order. Store wasn’t very busy. We won’t be going back. Very disappointed with the service

Not impressed. Tried loaded snitzel (current special) Thinnest snitzel I've ever seen.missing crumbs on top and burnt bits underneath, bit too dry to eat. Meal was lukewarm therefore making gravy a bit congealed. Extremely soggy chips. Have a feeling it might have sat there awhile
before it got to me. Do they premake and wait till ordered? As I was with someone else, I didn't make a complaint but won't be going back in a hurry to the Westfield store.

Westfield Geelong chicken was was dry an rubbery had it from there before haven't had a problem this time wasn't very nice not worth the money
