Ordered the American or americano whatever its called in a meal for $28, asked for dine and the lady gave in bag.chips seems the oil is not changed in 2 weeks and they were soggy.burger seemed to be burnt and tasteless.never eating again.
$1.20 for sauce.well done!

This place has different vibes! STAFF FOOD AND MANAGEMENT is top notch, same experience every visit.

Food is great however the wait time is pretty awful, 20mins wait for a wrap and chips isn't great especially during lunch breaks

Always great food at Schnitz but be prepared to pay the premium and endure long wait times. Overall the Schnitz here is clean and seem like decent staff.

This is one of the best schnitz I've ever been too. It's always awesome!

*Watch-Out* Their kiosk machine is taking money but the order is not confirmed. They have overcharged 3 times and I am struggling to get my money back. It has been more than a week. Very Poor response. The landline was faulty. I would not go again there.

The prices are expensive
A pub meal cost the same and you aren't sitting in a crowded food court.
But quality is good and fast

What started out well ended badly, meal took a very long time to get more than ten minutes, a dozen people after me were served first, when asked they said they were waiting on bacon. The meal was sloppy and chips cold. $24.00 wasted, couldn't eat it.

Not sure if they are all trainees or something but they have got no idea what they are doing.

Many people waiting far too long, orders going out wrong.

After having an exhausting day shopping on Sunday, I decided to have a meal down at Schnitz the Glen. And what a wonderful experience that was!

I was served by this lovely woman called Paige who was an absolute delight. She had exceptional customer service and was extremely welcoming. She went above and beyond by assisting me in finding the perfect meal for my craving which was a garden of Eden with Avocado and Cheese. 10/10 would recommend

I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience here! The staff were so friendly and helpful, even going so far as to help modify my food to accomodate my diet, definitely made me feel welcome and cared for! The food itself was great and fresh, and the wait time was quite quick. I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in the glen:)

8th June 2022 at 2: 15pm. Don't like customer service. The Asian male wearing a black cap was being very unprofessional and RUDE giving me this weird look. Was hesitate to give me my order. Not coming back here ever again. Staff needs to be trained on how to treat their customers.

Love a good Schnitz. Burger was good, plenty of fillings. The sweet potato chips were ok, they weren't seasoned enough and were quite cold. Normally they're hot when waiting for a new batch. Little strange. Overall, good service.

Great place for lunch! I do love their salads, so refreshing and tasteful. I always have their lovingly fresh salad with spicy schnitzel and I can't get over it. Overall experience is good, make great wraps, burgers and Parmas.

Schnitz has excellent customer service and delicious food. Their chicken is amazing and personally they have the best chips around. 100% would recommend going.

Don't order through the website. Doordash have lost the order and the shop staff know nothing. Useless
Revised: in the end, the order turned up half an hour late. The staff had no idea about my order when I rang twice. I get that take-always are run by kids, however I don’t need to spend my money there.

I love eating my favourite wrap here, the OMG. I call it the All Mighty,
(Ohh My God!) a must have.i 200% recommend it.

I had an issue with my order, the manager, Rachel, dealt with it immediately and my order was fulfilled - great service! Things go wrong in life but it’s all how it’s dealt with - thank you
