The chicken I got in my wrap was warm at best and burnt. The chips weren’t seasoned enough. For the price you pay it definitely wasn’t worth it. What made it decent was the fact that the chips were fresh

This is not the first time I’ve experienced this - seems to be a theme at this store in Doncaster - young staff spend more time chatting and laughing than processing orders. I get it that it is hard to find good staff but mgt should be aware it is on display for all waiting customers to see. No supervision seems to be in place.

Really well made burger, made it extra spicy as I wanted and tasted fantastic. Nick the staff member helped me a lot on my decision. Recommended

Absolutely disgraceful service. Food is always cold and running late. And the females behind the counter are rude to all the customers as well.

Their chips are the best in Westfield! The seasoning has herbs and spices that make them stand out. Not as greasy as maccas fries and more complex in flavour. Great for anyone looking for a quick snack.

Meant to be zero stars, just ordered a burger and chips for $20 and no chicken in the burger like how could you forget chicken the like star ingredient and now u tell me to contact Uber? I just want my lunch I paid for

Clean and bustling Schnitz franchise, I’m happy now that they have finally have a vegan option where I believe when they first opened, they only had a Vegie option. Food came out very fast and staff were thorough and friendly. They did forget my tomato sauce which was fine, I went back to the counter, they apologised so all good. I dropped a star just for presentation and forgetting my sauce but would go back there again.

I don't normally write reviews, but my recent experience has prompted me to put a review. I am local and I always been enjoying Schnitz at Doncaster however my recent experience has given me a second thought on the hygienic of the food. On the 31/12/19 between the time of 1-1.30pm i saw a customer returning a plate of schnitzel and without hesitation the young lady over the counter accepted the schnitzel and put it back on the serving tray at the back of the counter with the rest of the fresh schnitzel and gave her a new one. This may seem fair for the customer, but what about the hygienic for the rest of the customers where that particular schnitzel could be put on someone else’s plate without realising. Someone else could be eating a contaminated/returned schnitzel! Where that lady has probably taken it away for a while and returned it? ! Because of this incident, unfortunately I have to throw away my order and purchase something else as I’m not sure if prior to this whether my food was also treated similarly. I hope management could review their camera and take action on this as this could posed serious health issues!

Speedy Service and 5 star food quality. Always go for the Status Quo roll and chips are awesome.

I love Schnitz but will never return to this location. Literally the worst wrap we’ve ever had. Too many kids behind the counter with no direction.

I ask for no mayonnaise on my burger, the checkout guy confirms it, and they still put mayonnaise. Wait times are horrible too
