My god, this place is just unpleasant I do not blame the employees for any of this, but the interaction I had with the owner was appalling clearly had no decency and was caught shouting at the employees yikes, would rather spend money and time somewhere else, learn to treat people better.

I ordered extra seasoning on the chips and was since
Hoping for some extra seasoning but I got some potato in my salt
Extra seasoning means a bit extra not 100 times as much ordered basic instinct it was perfection though

Disappointing. My experience at Schnitz stores is usually fantastic. Not this time.

I asked for a small meal with chips and a drink. I was told that they were out of stock of small Pepsi Max and if I wanted a Pepsi Max I would need to pay for a large. I disagreed.

I asked to speak to the manager. She was rude, unhelpful and confrontational. She told me that it was Schweppes' fault and that I would need to pay or get another small drink because then the business would 'lose money'. I was also told "If we do it for you, then we need to do it for everyone".

Not sure why a customer should be penalised because a business is unable to manage their stock levels appropriately.

Ultimately I accepted a different small drink.

When we picked up the food, the manager slammed the bag down on the bench. What a horrible experience.

I had immediate buyers remorse for supporting this business.

The manager needs a lesson in customer service and an upgrade in maturity. What a disappointing experience. We won't be back.

WRONG MARKETING

One star in total because of the single used plastic container for the sauce
Having the vision of reducing greenhouse emissions while feeding cattle with seaweed is great but than don't use single used plastic and don't sell soft drinks in PET bottles

Much to learn FOR THE MANAGEMENT

The parma is so small, we order Loaded Parma! But the chips are just 10 little pieces!? !? I didn't expect it cause when we ate in Fountain Gate branch it is so good and perfect but here in chadstone!? Never again!

Everything is good about the food. Just remember that order is placed using the QR code displayed on the table when dining in. I think the staff should tell the customers about the QR code.

Took over an hour for a ham Parma and chips to arrive and both were FREEZER TEMPERATURE COLD. Won’t pick up phone so can’t find a fix either. Thanks a bunch for wasting my time!

This review is for delivery from this store. I ordered from their app and 10 mins later they called me to cancel as they were closing. They promised to refund me. We'll it's been 10 days and I haven't received a refund. I've also followed up and contacted their HO and still nothing. I have now been forced to dispute the transaction via my bank. Will never order again from these thieves!

Update 3 weeks later still no refund from Schnitz and I've lost my Schnitz points but my bank has secured my money back. Have gone from being a weekly regular to not trusting these guys again.

Disgusting gave us a chicken wrap instead of a veggie wrap and my wife took a bite. She Hasn’t eaten meat in over a decade, very disappointed with the staffs resolution. No apology to her and no compensation.

Vwey bad behaviour from staff. My kids buy hungry jack burger she not allowed my kid enter in their place. She is too rude with us. Very disappointed.

Friendly team with real quick service. My daughter accidentally dropped m&ms all over the floor and i offered to clean it up but they denied the offer. The food is always hot and fresh here and we always come to schnitz when at Cranbourne park.

Food is OK. However the store was poorly organised with very slow food preparation time for the few customers they had when I was there. My food sat on the counter waiting with staff members just shuffling menus and walking around.

Food is amazing, I went with my girlfriend and told the staff it was her birthday so I can embarras her and Michelle and Stanley dielivered, best service ever

Ordered a Schnitz snack box with only less than 10 chips inside and a cold tiny piece of chicken schnitzel.
The box isn't filled and the bottom of the box been pushed in for less room.it's a 9cm by 7cm box got pushed back to a 5cm box.
Literally feels like I am eating someone else's leftovers. Disgusting

Ideally Located inside Chadstone Shopping Centre, Schnitz offers a broad variety of deliciously cooked Burgers, Wraps, Salads, Plates, Sliders, Kids Menu and much more.
The establishment ambience is very friendly and accommodating to cater for all.
The staff provide a friendly and welcoming service.
Definitely a great place to eat when in Chadstone.

Great for their chips. I recommend their wraps over their burgers and Parmas. The spicy wrap was mediocre but the American dream is great.

I also recommend avoiding their parmas. Tried the avocado Parma one time and never again.

Stick to their wraps and chips, avoid everything else.

I had a Swiss wrap for my lunch, it’s like $15 and I am still hungry, it’s not value for money. Very small size wrap for this amount instead I would rather go to Freshii.

One of the best tasting chicky schnitzels that I had, along with the chips! Could have had a side of greens to be added for better presentation though.

Staff were extremely rude, asking us to leave because I a cup of broth from Roll'd sitting on the table (for myself) as I supported my client in a wheelchair with their Schnitz meal. I'd just had my wisdom teeth removed and really didn't think a cup of soup called for the reaction from staff.
I now understand there's a sign that states "no outside food and drinks" but the tone and attitude from the staff was horrible and left my client feeling uncomfortable and wanting to leave.
