Schnitz

Delicious food for a fast food restaurant. The Parma and Chips was good. Their chips is really good. The service was fast. The ambiance is nice.

Tasted ok but portions are tiny as like little kids meals unless you pay an arm and a leg to upsize smh

Best place to eat around, great food and friendly staff if you’re friendly to them. Little pricey but worth it, service was surprisingly quick.

Ordered garden of eden meal after waiting ages no chips - they inform
Me the order didn’t have meal order only garden of eden wrap & to go back up and que if I wanted chips. Shame on this poor customer service!

Came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, food was delicious. Some staff provided good service EXCEPT for those 2 Asian workers. 1 that served me, she wears glasses and I asked her regarding a cake when she was going to bring it (I asked her nicely), but the way she answered looked as if she didn’t want to serve me? Or that she had better things to do? Another Asian worker (more on the slimmer side) when I asked if she can show me the takeaway box/takeaway bags for the cake to be placed in, she did respond to me timely, however her facial expressions gave the impression that she was fed up? No response when I thanked her, she just nodded her head, no smile, no nothing.

Please ladies, i don’t like to make a scene but to both of you - terrible service & do your job properly. If you can’t, then you shouldn’t work in hospitality or any workplace that deals w customers. Fix your attitude.

Worst seats they could possibly get. They're metal and the 2 side bars hurt your hips. Food is good/tasty, but portions s are small. So, no value for money.

Burgers in my opinion are very overpriced for what they actually are, ordered a burger i expect to be somewhat big, but it was incredibly small.

Chips make up for it though, with nothing really better Schnitz chips.

Service was up to par, with my order coming out within 7 minutes, which was even better due to me finishing work asbsouletly starving.

I would like to thank Georgia for providing the best and most welcoming customer service. She was the most enthusiastic worker there and was very conversational. Overall, she made my experience at Schnitz highpoint amazing. Would highly recommend Schnitz for a fun family dinner night out!

Quick dinner ahead of a movie which was convenient albeit expensive for take away at $40 for two given only one drink and one chips. I guess these are the times we are living in! Chips usually sensational but light on the seasoning on this occasion. Still yummy though

My husband and I visited this store Friday afternoon May 5th. The service was excellent as was the food.

Food was delicious. Seating is a bit of a squeeze compared to over Schnitz venues I've dined at. Lighting is dim. Otherwise a great store with very friendly staff ️

A restaurant called 'Schnitz' that will somehow manage to forget to put a schnitzel in your burger. I wish I was making this up.

This place is so dirty! I almost died, the dust in the roof, dirty floors, greasy tiles. Please do some routine cleaning. I will never be returning here.

Hello! I was at this venue on level 1 today, and I was quite impressed with the quick and wonderful service. I was on break at work, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my food came in less than 5 minutes! I had plenty of time to eat, and the girl that served me was very nice. I don't know her name, but she was a ginger and looked around 16. I was there at 2pm, and despite the many people at the restaurant, the wait staff were incredible and the food was delicious. Will be eating there again!

Rood girl with the piercing looks like she doesnt want to be there needs some training in smiling and wanting ro serve customers and the food was over cooked and not nice at all

Staff had no idea regarding vegetation options. Food ok, overpriced fast food $30 for wrap, chips and coke

Was very disappointed with my experience today.
Food was ok but the service was terrible the lady that served us looked like she really didn't want to be there, the whole time we were there she was talking to a customer that looked like they were friends and kept sipping on a can of coke and eating chips.
The actual store was filthy chips all over the floor and the tables were so oly and there would of been about 2 cm of dust on those shelfs.

The lady who served us today, didn't seem very interested at all. I meant to order a vegetarian schnitzel, but forgot to mention it. My husband and daughter had already stated they'd have beef schnitzel. As our order arrived, I realised my error,
but "automatically" received chicken schnitzel. Luckily i ordered the salad, so I wasn't left just eating chips!

Level 1 Schnitz

I was greeted by a lovely young man named Marcus who served me and my family our food. The attitude and comfort we had around this worker was as impressive as it was professional, considering we were not regulars at this establishment. I asked him his name and told him I would be leaving quite a positive review, so I hope this gets back to him. I hope this gentleman gets his recognition he deserves and I can tell he has a bright career path ahead of him.
