Schnitz

Would not provide meal on a plate for dine in, even a disposable one. Not good enough. Manager claimed that not possible due to store being in a food court. Even though other stores happily provide plates for dine in.

Very good food however there are some health and safety issues as I was watching. The people in the front use gloves and everything but one of the cashiers doesn’t replace the gloves and still uses it on the food making process. Another thing is that they had done is that they had wiped their snot off with their forearm when handling with the food. Moreover another one of the workers had removed their glove and still was preparing the chips. Just please stick to food safety precautions and then that will be it. Great food still it’s just the two people wearing black and the person handling the chips in the back that needs to beware of this.

Very good customer service. Love the food and very clean and neat.rarely any problems with the food. The chicken was cooked to a tea and perfectly crispy.

Rude staff. Came in at 3PM on Thursday 20 October, the girl that was serving me had severe attitude problems. Kept raising her brows and making this face that made me feel uncomfortable.

One of the best schnitz restaurants ive been to.friendly staff, great service and delicious food.would highly recommend.

Oh god staff are too rude! They have no mercy for delivery drivers and find atleast half an hour to search the location because they didn't reference their location although it is in foodcourt.

I love Schnitz.the times I had lunch there, tried the wraps, it was delicious, I am more of a burger fan.love the American dream burger.tasty chips. #schnitz #plentyvalley

Food was nice and service was but they should have electronic board displaying the orders as it is a very load food court.

The staff at this Snitz are exceptional. They work hard and fast and are pleasant.
The food is definitely the best out of all the Snitz stores I have visited.

Food was OK at best. The place felt uncomfortable. There was lack of lighting inside, felt very cold inside. Ordered fries. I was expecting some sauce to come with it. Didn't get any. I had to ask at the counter for sauce. The guy waiting there was more interested in his phone than serving me. Overall bad experience. Don't think I'll ever go back there.

Quality food but staff is not professional.after 4pm they are busy in cleaning and packing up without attending the customers.

Other Shnitz restaurants I've visited have been like an actual restaurant, this is the worst Schnitz I've been to in Melbourne. Well below the standard of other stores. For the money you'd be just as well off going to KFC at Plenty Valley.

Whole centre is closed including all the restaurants except Schnitz. Thank you guys for staying open and serving quality meal. Keep up the great work!

In hard times where i thought take away only businesses, would actually appreciate customers, this wasn't the case. Two girls on, barely spoke, then i waited 15 mins for one wrap, one wrap in front of me took them 10 mins to make, inbetween chatting and texting on phones, another order of chips, well after i ordered, was freshly cooked before mine. No sorry about the wait as we were busy texting.i really liked this place before. You would think since business is slow they would atleast try. I will go elsewhere now.

They have nice wraps, burgers and the chips are so good as they have this unique seasoning that would be up there as one of the best chips I’ve tasted. The only downside is the price as they don’t come in combos which makes it quite expensive.
