Technician arrived on time and he did a very professional job. Very happy with the service.

I purchased a Schmick package with my new car. I came back to my car and found a minor scratch on it. Sent in a repair request, request was approved, had a friendly staff member come out and complete the repair and another small scratch found at in a similar area. All around was an easy process, very friendly staff both over the phone and in person. I am very happy with my purchase. My car looks brand new again for only $50.

Michael has been very professional from setting up the appointment and to fixing my car. I am amazed by how he could fix the scratch on my car and I am very happy with the service. Definitely worth it with Schmick.

The technician Jony who came to our home was exceptionally efficient and caring backed up by the whole team who were all amazing to get both our cars done on the same day. We highly recommend Schmick.

They change the names of the memberships so when you call coincidentally you are not covered. The website only has 2 memberships but when you call they come up with new ones and find the way to not fix what you need. Also when the technician goes they claim that cannot fix the scratches.do not recommend this "club"

Getting it all arranged wasn't easy and took time so not a great start but the technician who arrived to do the job Simon was incredible, on time, polite, professional and most importantly did an amazing job. We have a range rover and hadn't used the service until now and the paintwork and expertise was great. Thank you.

Pizza scooter delivery guy put a dent in the front left mudguard of my land rover discovery
I thought I was stuck with this dent but Schmick got it out and fixed a few stone chips.
And I couldn't believe the bill, not at all scary.

I will recommend these guys to anyone who cares about their car.

I had scratches to my car and called Schmick car care club - as a member. Within 3 weeks all the job done. The service man came to my property and finished the job within two hours.

I’m notorious for hitting kerbs and ruining tyre rims but Patrick from Schmick fixed that issue in one morning. Car is back to looking its sparkling best.

First point to note is that Schmick has had a backlog of work as their technicians were impacted in lockdowns - so I did wait some time for my repair to be attended to - technician today said they are well into working through this backlog - having said that, Steve (tech) did an outstanding job. Super professional work in fixing a door ding and repairing front bumper scratches - incredibly courteous, clean work, no mess, no fuss - I honestly could not be happier with the work performed. Back to brand new.

Small deep scratch to repair. Technician Simon, confirmed appointment the day before, arrived on time, then proceeded to carry out a most professional repair. For a small scratch a most comprehensive repair, far beyond what I expected, Job done very well. Thanks Simon.

This is a scam please do not waste your money.
They have a standard rejection email they use to reject anything that is not just a paint buffing job.
This is what you receive "this dent is unfortunately not suitable for paintless dent removal as the specialist will not have rear access to the dent. " This was on a car door we all know you can remove the door panel to access the rear.
Nothing like what the sales person had said they would repair. I have requested 3 repairs now and all 3 have been rejected.
I would give 0 stars if it was possible.
