Scent Australia

I recently subscribed to Scent Australia's commercial scent diffuser for my salon, and it has made a huge difference. The scent I chose, called Royal, gives the salon a luxurious feeling, and my clients have complimented me on it. I highly recommend Scent Australia's scent marketing strategy for any local business.

I love their Products! Was really impressed with their Customer service, from the first inquiry I made to them, to the professional installations. Their after sale service is amazing too and you get the feeling that they genuinely care! Everyone who smells it, loves it. I even have people coming in off the street to ask about it.

Great customer service and gorgeous fragrances. Especially love Country Linen scent for every day use but love the fact they have special edition scents specifically designed for occasions like Christmas. Highly recommend the diffusers of all kinds!

Fabulous range of scenting products and oils - I would go as far as to say that they are the best in the biz! I have had amazing service by Emma from Scent Australia. Emma is so helpful, friendly and goes the extra mile for customers. She is a fabulous ambassador for the brand. Thanks Emma!

Emma is a QUEEN! Yesterday I needed a last-minute urgently for my mum's birthday on the weekend, but frantic me accidentally chose the free Standard Post option instead of Express post. I was happy to cancel the order and re-order to pay the $7.50 fee, but Emma had sorted everything out for me and had it sent with Express Post free of charge! I am so impressed. It's clear that Scent Australia really cares about their customers and I will be recommending them to everyone for their Christmas gifts! My fragrance-obsessed mum and I will be over the moon once it arrives later today. Big slay Emma

Wow! The scented oils are unreal. They don't have that cheap bathroom aroma smell like some oils do. My favourite is the Miami and the Jardin dr cathrage. Also the customer service is fast and very understanding. What a great experience all round.

Had initial shipping issue as the pipe for the diffuser was missing. Emma took charge of the situation and it shipped and delivered the next day! Truly impressed by their customer service! Agreed with the reviewer below Santal 66 is my current favorite!

Such great quality scents and I love that you can select samples to pick your ideal scent before purchasing but I'd like to specifically give a shout out to Emma for helping me out with my faulty diffuser!

She had arranged a replacement diffuser very quickly which arrived the very next day. All in all it was such a smooth experience and I felt so supported. Looking forward to buying my next scent!

Amazing products, the service is incredible and very quick in rectifying issues. I’m glad this company exists and is available for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend Santal 66. It really is a signature scent worthy for your home. My only comment (which is not a big deal) is that I wish they would also offer a free scent on diffusers purchased from the Iconic

We had a wonderful scenting system in the Singapore office and wanted something similar but easy to install for our office in Sydney. From the get-go, Scent AU made it super easy to make a decision, and was responsive and understanding when COVID-19 affected our office hours. I must admit the scents are delicious! Slightly disappointed with the settings of the scent machine. They say 165 different power and strength settings which may be true but if you want it on continuous then the lowest setting is 5 second burst every minute. You tend to go through the scent quite quickly if left on continuous which is probably how they make their bank.

In my opinion they should have made a few lower/ slower options.

All said and done, I would still recommend and not everyone wants on continuous.
