I joined Project X almost 12 months ago with a profitable practice and 25 years of practice ownership experience, looking for support and coaching while I expanded my practice to new premises. I balked at the cost initially but took the plunge. With the support, skills and strategies that I have received from the project X team, I have set up my new practice with a solid three and ten year plan and with lease incentives, landlord contributions, pathology sublease contribution and increased service fees, I will have contributed $1m to the bottom line of my practice over the coming three years.
