Wish I could give negative stars. Don’t use SCA. Money wasters, time waster, no interest in the actual OC members and what we want and need. Nicole Demos is 100% correct. Steve Poole is a disgrace. The way he runs our OC is to his and the committees advantage. Our apartment complex has declined since SCA took over as the OC Managers.

Do not employ SCA as an OC manager.

This company and it’s manager (Stephen Poole) is the worst OC I have ever dealt with as both a renter and an owner. There is no care for anybody other than people that Stephen Poole believes can benefit him and his company. He ignores the residents and concerns they try to tell him about.

Steve Poole should go back to project management or to running his Seguet Entrepreneur company cause he has such limited knowledge about how to run OCs.

SCA has cost our OC a lot of time and money. His lack of communication with the members of the OC has resulted in a lot of dissatisfaction. Our experience is that if you are not a member of the OC committee and someone who the SCA manager feels is important (such as the OC Chair) then he will not listen to the views of the general OC members. This is even though it is all of the OC members and not only the committee who is effected by the decisions made. SCA has a reputation for this.

If I could rate lower I would. Always washing their hands clean to not pay for anything and today as I was cooperating with the unit below me who has a leak heard the OC of my building refer to myself and my father as ‘disgraceful people’
He confirmed he knew he was on speaker! I am mortified and shaken up and of course Stephen Poole hasn’t responded to any correspondence.

Steve Poole at SCA has been an excellent body corporate manager for my owners corporation in St Kilda. He helped us navigate a difficult journey with the Victorian Building Association regarding re-cladding works. Steve's knowledge of rules and regulations surprised experts at VBA meetings. As owners corporation chair, in my frequent contact with Steve I have found him to be a person I can trust and rely on for good advice.

USELESS AND INCOMPETENT
SCA OC management is useless and incompetent. The owner of SCA has no idea about the OC Act and makes up the rules and regulations to suit what he wants. Our OC Committee agrees with whatever the owner of SCA wants. This is the worst OC Manager we have ever had.
