I would have given -1 for the food and service. We asked for having it and we were served in a disposable box. The golgappas were terribly chilled and the staff was so lame and loud in the kitchen. We waited there for 30 minutes and the experience was ridiculous. I won't recommend anyone to visit here or to try this place until you want to have some worse experience.

Placed an order on door dash and forgot to request for mild. I called the restaurant and they advised the items we ordered are of medium spice so they offered to give a complimentary yoghurt. The food was yummy and we really appreciated the kind gesture. We will definitely order again. Thankyou

Brilliant service, friendly staff, very considerate and helpful, definitely went out of their way to make sure we received our order at the best possible price. Will definitely return.

I have a lot to say.

Let me start by saying. WORST FISH AND CHIP SHOP EVER! I saw the shop owner stick his hands down his pants, sniff it and proceed to touch the food. Hygiene does not exist in this place! GROSS!

The workers are extremely rude to customers. I liked this place a lot better before the new owners. On multiple occasions I have seen them yell at their workers. The workers don't know what they are doing and look like they don't even want to be there. They also look extremely young.hmmm.

DO NOT GO HERE!

They should be shut down for their level of unprofessionalism and lack of hygiene standards! Would not pass the food safety test.

I was a homeless man once and I applied to my local fish and chip shop to obtain a job. To pay for the lawsuit against my ex-wife and my ex-childs. They turned me down because I wasn't qualified, I gratuated my Harvard, top of class and still not qualified. There are a very exclusive fish and chip shop

I have been going to this fish and chip shop for years! Absolutely beautiful food! Could never fault them, but unfortunately the last 2 times I have purchased the food has been terrible very dry the quality is just not the same! The flake seems to be getting smaller very dry and not flakey at all! Very unhappy

Family run business, they accept CASH ONLY. The fish is good but everything else could do with a redo. Size in portions are less than other joints and the Calamari rings is a big no! Other than that, food was made fast which was handy.

Service was good but food wasn't particularly great. Hamburger and batter, hotdog and batter and nuggets tasted bland and processed or if they had been sitting out for a few hours.

A pity they do not tell you beforhand that they only accept cash payments during the peak of Covid in the hardest hit Covid post code in Australia.

Great fish. They lost me with the calamari rings. They served us fake calamari mix, then when we took them back they told us that we didn’t order the right one? Apparently even though it wasn’t on the menu we were supposed to say we want “Fresh Calamari rings”? Friendly staff and they were happy to replace our order. Remember if you want real calamari you have to actually say fresh.

Really generous portion sizes. Didn’t try anything seafood as we don’t typically eat it. Potato cakes were nice and fresh and the deep fried mars bars are certainly a nice treat. Didn’t see many deals as in 6 for $ and 3 for $. My only concern was that the staff don’t seem to wear any rubber gloves whilst watching orders being prepared I didn’t see them with any on. Little light handed when it comes to the salt. Cash Only NO Eftpos available. Parking is shared with a few other little shops and it is a tight little car park. Really descent quality takeaway menu however to put on your fridge.

Tried on three separate occasions but they never answer their phone or it's as though they've left it off the dial. I've easily called an hour before closing. No excuses, pathetic lack of service.

I’m a regular customer and have noticed in the past 2-3 months it’s much cleaner.food is good when fresh but seem like the bosses are always yelling and makes it uncomfortable if your stuck waiting in the shop.sometimes i sit in domino’s.went in the other monday and had to stand outside because i felt awkward.
