48Asked for red lily flowers with follage and got garbage. No love in the wrapping and when asked for the replacement of follage, the lady had very bad attitude. The wrapping fell apart as soon as we got home. Had to get it all redone at another store.
While the selection of flowers is great, they don't appear to be very fresh nor seem to last long.
Have been here a few times and have to say the customer service is the worst I have had at a florist. I've often walked out due to the lack of service.
The staff are incredibly pretentious and snobby. They always seem really uninterested and when they ask if you would like help they seem incredibly reluctant. They often have their heads down as if trying to avoid you.
Most florists give you lots of help and offer to make the bouquet for you with a budget or a couple of flowers in mind. There is no offer of any of this.
My suggestion if you choose to go here is know exactly what you want, because they won't offer a lick of help.
Requested a pastel box to be sent to a friend who had just had a new baby girl - when I confirmed the address I asked for pastel pinks to be sent and the arrangement that was put together was stunning! Such professionalism and care from this team. Thank you
They have the best selection of flowers all year round. Prices can be a little high sometimes but the quality always outweighs the price. Other flower shops never have the same quality of flowers.
Alice was very helpful and friendly, they have a beautifully presented shop. With so much to choose from, definatly recommend a visit. You will be seeing me again soon.
This is the place to get a rose. Ive gotten roses elsewhere but this place wrap it so nicely and put some other stuff in the mix to make it look better. It's a beautiful shop as well and they were nice enough to hold my order for a while because I got the date wrong, thanks.
I used to love buying my flowers from this place every week for over 15 years but sadly the quality of the flowers has dropped whilst the prices have continued to rise and staff not that friendly and helpful anymore.
