6Used to love Saxons, love the bowling machines, have bought a bat from there before and took multiple bats purchased elsewhere to be knocked in and extra tec’d. The last 2 years have been horrible. Brought my bat to be knocked in and oiled after explaining what I wanted. Came to pick up the bat which had extra tec on it and toe guard. Manager said he would have it fixed which I came back to the face of the bat peeling off. Manager said he would fix it again so when I came to finally pick up my bat, it had dents in the toe and edges. Manager said I spent too much on the bat and he sells it cheaper than anywhere else. Thought the business had changed hands so I brought 2 bats in recently to be knocked in and extra tec’d and have been charged Double compared to last year. Had to wait around for 45 minutes as the owner isn’t capable of being on site to run his own business semi-efficiently. After explaining what I wanted for my bats 3 times, they still managed to screw it up. When I told the kid working that this wasn’t what I asked for, he chuckled at me and said this is what was asked for when I brought the bats in. Will genuinely never return here after they have fixed the issue. Spend the extra time driving to sportsmart moorabbin because they actually take pride in their work and provide a better service

Company was great (friends). The kids had a lot of fun. But no milk for hot drinks, no hot food so we had to uber!
Companies like these are the ones that are responsible for the death of junior cricket. When Australian cricket is nearly dead in 20 years time saxon sports will be one of the reasons why it died. A measly 10% discount on cricket bats that are already 25% more expensive than rebel and nothing for the juniors coming up. The owners of this place should be disgraced with themselves
Within the last 6 months this place as really gone down hill. Poor communication regarding the indoor soccer. & game times. I think the managers need to do more to keep people coming back.
